Meal choices include Creamy ’Nduja Rigatoni, Miso Tamari Buddha Bowl, and Tofu Saag Paneer Curry to name a few
Busy vegan households can take the hassle out of cooking every day by ordering plant-based ready meals that cook in just 10 minutes from frozen. Grubby, the UK’s first plant-based only meal kit brand, has expanded into chef-made frozen ready meals, bringing the same bold.
The new range builds on Grubby’s original allplants recipes, including meal options such as Creamy ’Nduja Rigatoni, Miso Tamari Buddha Bowl, and Tofu Saag Paneer Curry. Meals are ready to eat in less than eight minutes, and can be purchased in bundles or separately, with a minimum of six meals per order.
The frozen plant-based ready meals are delivered straight to your door, with the option to choose monthly or weekly deliveries. Shoppers can also skip weeks/a month, which is particularly useful for those with trips planned. There’s also free delivery on the first order.
Starting from £4.84 per portion, new customers also get 25% off their first month’s order (automatically applied at checkout). The Mixed Taster Bundle (contains 12 ready meals) usually costs £79.80, but with the new member’s 25% discount, it comes to £59.85.
The bundle of 12 includes meals such as a Tex-Mex Protein Bowl, two Tofu Saag Curry, Tempeh Rainbow Buddha, Spicy Szechuan Noodles, Chickpea & Apricot Tagine, two Miso Tamari Buddha, Harissa Cauliflower & Grains, Cashew Mac & Greens and two Creamy ‘Nduja Rigatoni. This order also includes a free bottle of GOOD PHATS Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Consumers interested in purchasing meals from Grubby can find reviews and ratings of its service and quality on Trustpilot. As the ready meals are a new addition, the customer reviews are largely based on the brand’s recipe kits. One consumer said: “I’ve had Grubby for a while now and absolutely love it. So easy to cook with loads left over.”
Another pleased user added: “Grubby are great at responding to queries – few and far between as they are – really quickly, with excellent responses. The quality of produce is generally very good, as are the recipes, and the customer service is a refreshing change from other meal kit providers.”
One person liked the meals but wasn’t keen on the packaging, they said: “I have only had a couple of deliveries but the meals have been extremely tasty, and portion sizes are great even my carnivore husband enjoys them, I love that you get a recipe card with the order and I don’t have to try and read the recipe on my phone, I do wish there was less plastic in the packaging though.”
Another diner was more pleased, writing: “Grubby has been life-changing! My schedule is really busy, so I never have time to think about my meals, but with Grubby, I have been introduced to so many new foods, and I look forward to dinner every day! Feel really good and healthy, and have peace of mind, knowing exactly what is going into my meals! 100% recommend.”
A final person said: “We absolutely love Grubby. As a vegetarian and a flexitarian, we wanted to eat more plant-based meals, and we were struggling to come up with interesting recipes. So we started getting the meal boxes, and we really look forward to trying new, exciting meals every week. If anyone says they think vegan food is boring, expensive or difficult to make – they obviously haven’t tried Grubby!”
Founded in London in 2019, Grubby started with a simple idea: to make cooking with plants accessible, delicious and never dull. Its mission is to help people eat more plants without overthinking it. Every box comes with curated Spotify playlists and bold packaging.
