New users can currently get money off with an exclusive code
A British woman has lost nearly four stone (54lbs) and is now smiling again on holiday – and it’s thanks to an app which is currently offering 80% off weight loss plans. Lesley Huntde-Perez is among the many users who have transformed their lives using the Simple app.
The app has quietly earned a loyal following for its personalised plans and emphasis on realistic, achievable habits. Rather than relying on strict calorie counting or eliminating entire food groups, it focuses on small, manageable changes which are easier to maintain.
Another user, Karen Heffernan, lost 14-and-a-half stone – more than half her body weight having started at 26-and-a-half stone – with the app over a period of around 18 months. She said: “I can’t believe it’s actually been so simple.
“I’ve not felt deprived along the way, my motto just now is ‘delay don’t deny’.” It’s worth noting that new users can currently take advantage of major savings, with up to 80% off plans using the code ‘REACH’, as well as a two-for-one offer that allows them to share their subscription with a friend or family member.
Simple says its app is a clinically proven weight loss tool which has helped users lose more than 18 million pounds. Plus, it’s easy to sign up, as new members just need to take a quiz, and Simple then builds a plan personalised to them.

The brand says there is ‘no restrictive dieting’ involved
Each plan is tailored to the user’s goals, daily routine and individual preferences. It includes helpful tools such as intermittent fasting tracking, simple workout guidance and easy food logging – whether through typing, voice input or by snapping a photo of meals.
One feature that stands out is Avo, the app’s AI coach. It provides instant tips, meal ideas and gentle encouragement along the way. Another user, Susan Rae, found it made a real difference, helping her stay on track and make healthier choices without ever feeling restricted.
She lost ‘over 40 pounds and 40 inches from (her) body using the Simple app’. She added: “I’m 15 pounds less than my goal weight today through no effort, no grinding, no obsessing.”
For an alternative option, there’s Noom, a weight loss platform which focuses on mindful eating, rather than strict diets. Or there’s also MyFitnessPal – a food and fitness tracker designed to help people meet their targets and track their nutritional intake. There are premium options, but also some free sections available on the app.
With an overall average rating of 4.3 out of five on Trustpilot, Simple has achieved an ‘Excellent’ score, thanks to users’ positive reviews. One said: “This app has helped motivate me to move and make better choices at each meal.”
A second said: “The encouragement I get is a tremendous help in this journey.” Others left some feedback, with one writing: “I’m really enjoying this app but I honestly don’t have the time sometimes to complete every task. The workouts are great and so are the reminders. If I could be dedicated, it would be more beneficial.”
Someone else added: “Great app, wish you could customise the drinks more.” Overall, however, most were pleased with their experience. Another said: “It is easy to use and the reminders are great.”
