The fire service have confirmed that the roof of a restaurant based within the Railway station on the platform is alight.
Crews from Lowestoft North and Lowestoft South fire stations are being supported by colleagues from Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service, and an aerial platform has been provided by Yarmouth Fire Station.
