For a limited time only, B&M has slashed the price of its Solar Powered Large String Hanging Light
High street bargain hunters can “illuminate” their gardens at a knockdown price thanks to a new offer now live at B&M. The discount chain, well-known for its expanding range of deals on homeware and furniture, claims the product will create an “inviting glow” in your outdoor areas.
The Solar Powered Large String Hanging Light comes in a black finish and has been cut by 50 per cent. Usually retailing at a still reasonable £15, the lighting has now been reduced to merely £7.50 as part of a time-limited B&M promotion.
A B&M spokesperson said: “Illuminate your outdoor space with this stylish and practical Solar Powered Large String Hanging Light. Perfect for hanging in your garden, balcony, or yard for an inviting glow.”
The light comprises a set of black solar-powered string lights consisting of evenly spaced bulb-style LEDs along a slender cable, crafted to be suspended outdoors across gardens, balconies or fences.
A compact solar panel is connected to the set to recharge during daylight hours, with the lights designed to activate automatically in dim conditions to deliver a gentle, ambient glow come evening.

It bears a striking resemblance to comparable designs stocked at other leading retailers, including Argos. For instance, Argos is currently selling the Black Paper Rope Easy Fit Lampshade, which, while designed for indoor use, features a similar woven-style aesthetic and general appearance.
The most significant difference between the two is cost. The Argos option carries a £34 price tag, making it more than double the price of the B&M version.
