Fans are rushing to their nearest stores after the budget fashion chain launched the new ‘Charm Bar’

Primark fans are raving about the latest in-store addition, which offers shoppers a unique way to make memories for as little as £1. Staff at the popular high street chain have warned, however, that these budget-friendly accessories are only available while stocks last.

Employees at Primark’s Monks Cross branch in York posted a TikTok clip (@Prmarkmonkscross) showcasing the new charm bracelet station following its installation this week. A member of the team said: “New in store – a build-it-yourself charm bar!”

Signs for The Charm Bar lay out step-by-step instructions that shoppers could choose between a bracelet or necklace (priced from £1.50 to £2, respectively) before picking from an extensive wall of charms to attach. These were available in sets of three (all sold for £1), featuring a variety of designs.

The TikTok clip revealed a wealth of options, including shells, starfish, crowns, keys and more. The identical set-up was also spotted at Primark’s Bradford branch, reports OK!.

Shoppers in the comments claim the charms are attached with small hooks. It seems the only limit to how many charms a bracelet or necklace could hold was based on its size.

Staff posted on TikTok (@Prmk.bradford) that the “Charm Bar has landed”. They invited shoppers to “create [their] own custom bracelet or necklace and build a look that’s totally you”

The clip displayed a wall brimming with additional charms, designed by Primark to “match your style, mood, and personality”. Further options featured nautical fish and pieces of fruit.

The viral Monks Cross video, which has amassed more than 1.3 million views to date, sent shoppers into a frenzy. One said: “Such a cute concept!” Another wrote: “Oh, I love this, I’m gonna go next week!”

A third put: “Take my money!” Someone else asked the Bradford staff: “How long is this staying for?” They replied: “While stocks last.”

A number of Primark fans were hit with a wave of ‘2010s nostalgia’, as one said: “They did this before in like 2012 when Pandora bracelets were getting the hype. I vividly remember picking my charms as a 10-year-old.”

Another remembered: “When I tell you I have EVERY SINGLE ONE from when [Primark] did this in 2011/2012. Every £1 of my pocket money went on them!”

In the clips, it appears that gold is the only colour option for the bracelet, with fans pleading with the high street giant to consider producing silver versions as an alternative. One said: “Can we PLEASE make silver?” Another asked staff: “Do they do this in silver?” And a third put: “Pls tell me they have it in silver?!”
