PB Leisurewear has outlined plans to double its embroidery capacity in 2026 as part of a wider investment programme marking its 22nd year in the UK branded clothing sector.
The Surrey manufacturer will reinvest 25 per cent of annual profits into the expansion, adding to the four print machines installed in 2025 that increased printing output.
The firm has produced more than two million items since its launch and has reported a 25 per cent rise in client numbers over the past 12 months.
Director Scott Wilson said: “We now deal with every major manufacturer there is. We have been building bridges with them constantly, and that has got to the point where we don’t believe our offer can be matched, given we have our own factory, right here in the UK, finishing every piece and hand packing every order we do.”
The company continues to complete all finishing work and packing on site in Surrey, maintaining direct control over production processes.
In parallel with the manufacturing investment, PB Leisurewear is launching a new digital platform and customer portal to improve order tracking and communication.
Scott Wilson added: “We are very proud of what we can offer. The fact our factory is managed by us, we control everything, and that’s important. And now we are adding this Customer Portal, we are going to make their journey much nicer. It is all about the client experience for us and we want that to be its best, which this will provide for.”
The combined focus on capacity, technology and service is intended to support the company’s next stage of growth in the branded clothing market.
