Micom has been named among the UK’s Best Workplaces 2026, highlighting the organisation’s positive workplace environment and its continued focus on building a culture centred on trust and employee engagement.

The recognition was formally announced by Great Place to Work® during a ceremony at Grosvenor House on Park Lane in London, celebrating organisations that demonstrate exceptional workplace practices.

Micom has been included in the list for businesses of its size, recognising companies where employees consistently report high levels of trust in leadership, strong engagement with their roles and a supportive organisational culture.

The UK’s Best Workplaces rankings are determined through confidential surveys completed by employees together with an independent review of organisational culture. The evaluation identifies companies where trust and engagement are integral to everyday working life.

For Micom, the recognition represents a meaningful milestone as the company continues to evolve. The organisation has long emphasised that strong performance is closely connected to maintaining a healthy and supportive workplace culture, particularly as teams expand and new opportunities develop.

Andy Barber, CEO of Micom, said: “I won’t pretend this doesn’t feel brilliant.

“To be recognised like this, knowing it comes directly from our people, is something I’ll never take lightly.

“We’ve grown. We’ve pushed ourselves. And through it all, the team has shown up for each other. That’s what makes this special – not the ranking itself, but the proof that as we grow, we haven’t lost who we are.”

Micom continues to strengthen its workplace environment by investing in leadership training, wellbeing initiatives and structured career development opportunities for employees throughout the organisation. As the business expands its technology capabilities and client partnerships, maintaining a positive culture remains a key priority.

The recognition among the UK’s Best Workplaces reflects the company’s strong workplace foundations and its ongoing commitment to supporting its people as it grows.
