As well as the coach and car crash that rocked the M4 on Sunday, a second serious collision was reported later in the day, futher hampering traffic using the motorway’s westbound lanes.
The M4 in Wiltshire remains closed westbound between J16 (near Swindon) and J17 (near Chippenham), National Highways confirmed.
