Signature Clinic, recognised as one of the UK’s largest providers of cosmetic surgery, has announced the strategic appointment of three senior professionals to its leadership team, reflecting the organisation’s ambition to build on its established national presence and bring additional depth to its clinical, operational and commercial leadership.

The newly confirmed appointments are Mr Mabroor Bhatty as Clinical Director, Tracey McAleney as Chief Operating Officer and Sarah Hill as Head of Sales, each bringing a distinct and complementary set of skills to the organisation’s senior team.

Together these appointments reinforce Signature Clinic’s commitment to the principles that have guided its development: a dedication to patient welfare, uncompromising clinical standards and the building of a well-led organisation capable of growing sustainably across its network of clinics in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Cardiff, London and Dublin.

Dr Sayani Sainudeen, Founder, Signature Clinic said: “These appointments mark an exciting milestone for Signature Clinic as we continue to scale our business across the UK and Ireland. Mr Bhatty’s clinical expertise and commitment to excellence strengthen our medical leadership, while Tracey brings the operational rigour required to support sustainable growth. Sarah’s appointment further enhances our commercial capability, ensuring we continue to deliver strong patient acquisition strategies and outstanding patient experiences. Together, this leadership team positions us strongly for the next phase of growth.”

Joining as Clinical Director, Mr Mabroor Bhatty brings an exceptional depth of specialist knowledge to the role, the product of a career dedicated to plastic and cosmetic surgery over many decades. He completed his medical training at Karachi University before travelling to the United Kingdom to pursue postgraduate training in plastic surgery, earning his FRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons in 1992. His formative years as a practising surgeon were spent within leading NHS hospitals, working under training programmes administered by the Royal College of Surgeons and the British Association of Plastic Surgeons, before he went on to practise as a full-time consultant. From 2010, his clinical attention has been devoted exclusively to cosmetic surgery, with particular distinction in facial surgery and the specialist area of body contouring following extreme weight loss. He continues to play an active role in medical education at an international level, sharing his expertise through lectures and published research, and he makes regular visits overseas as a plastic surgeon to support reconstructive procedures for patients in areas of the world where access to specialist surgical care is otherwise unavailable.

As the new Chief Operating Officer, Tracey McAleney joins with a strong record of senior leadership in private healthcare, aesthetic medicine and large-scale retail environments. In her role she will take responsibility for operational strategy and performance across the clinic network, the effective management of multi-site growth, and the maintenance of governance and compliance standards, all whilst keeping the quality of patient experience at the centre of her focus.

Sarah Hill takes on the Head of Sales position with over 15 years of commercial experience in private healthcare, refractive surgery and multi-site leadership behind her. She will be responsible for setting and executing national sales strategy, driving the performance of patient acquisition activities and delivering commercial growth across the clinic portfolio. Her work will involve creating and sustaining high-performing sales teams, developing acquisition strategies that can grow in line with the business and ensuring that revenue generation remains consistent and compliant within a regulated healthcare setting. Her career demonstrates a consistent ability to lead substantial teams, build performance frameworks and integrate the efforts of sales, marketing, operations and patient services into a coherent and effective commercial whole.

The full breadth of Signature Clinic’s treatment offering remains available to patients across its network, covering surgical procedures including facelifts, blepharoplasty, gynaecomastia surgery, VASER liposuction and labiaplasty, as well as non-surgical treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections, lip fillers, dermal enhancements and a comprehensive range of advanced skin treatments.
