A number of businesses based in the UK Midlands and coached by Anu Khanna have been celebrated at the BizX Awards 2026, with two client organisations winning their respective categories and 11 more recognised as finalists.
The category winners were ACT, led by John Courtenay, which was named Best Import-Export Company of the Year, and The Buddy Bag Foundation, led by Karen Williams, which received the Not-for-profit Business of the Year award. Anu Khanna has been working alongside both businesses as their coach for a number of years.
The evening also brought formal recognition for the coaches themselves. Principal Coach Anu Khanna and colleague Harneet Kaur were both among those honoured, drawing attention to the tangible and direct link between the coaching they deliver and the results their clients produce.
Anu Khanna collected three awards during the ceremony: Best Client Results 2026, Executive Partner of the Year 2026, and the ActionHERO Award, all acknowledging her consistent record of delivering growth and improved performance across the businesses she coaches. Harneet Kaur was presented with the Growth Partner of the Year 2026 award, further demonstrating how the structured coaching model produces results that show up in measurable and meaningful ways.
The BizX Awards recognise excellence in growth, leadership and operational performance, and unite some of the UK’s most accomplished entrepreneurs and business professionals. The scale of achievement across Anu’s client base at this year’s awards is a testament not to good fortune, but to the power of a structured coaching approach that makes high performance a repeatable outcome rather than a rare one.
Good coaching moves business owners away from operating on instinct alone and towards a way of working built on clarity, focus and intention. Priorities are identified and held to, execution becomes more disciplined, and the constant cycle of firefighting gives way to something more purposeful and deliberate.
The coaching Anu Khanna provides brings a new layer of accountability into every business she works with. It improves the quality of decisions, ensures that strategies are translated into action, and creates the conditions in which progress becomes consistent rather than sporadic.
The businesses in her portfolio have experienced this in practical terms through more focused sales activity, stronger ownership and initiative within their teams, and the development of systems robust enough to enable the business to run effectively without constant dependence on the owner. Control replaces chaos, and performance becomes something that can be relied upon.
The results seen at this year’s awards are not exceptional cases. They are representative of what happens consistently across the businesses Anu supports when coaching is applied with seriousness, structure and sustained commitment over time.
