A Zara shopper has claimed the high street store has a number of alternatives for high end perfumes – and they’re a fraction of the price
A Zara enthusiast insists she’s stumbled upon the ideal perfumes for those reluctant to splurge on expensive fragrances. For many, treating yourself to a new scent is a luxury, particularly with the hefty price tags attached to premium brands.
Fortunately, there are ways to enjoy similar scents without breaking the bank. Beauty aficionado Debbie, who shares her budget-friendly discoveries as @beautyglowgirl on TikTok, frequently highlights affordable alternatives for well-loved products.
In a recent post, Debbie pointed out that Zara offers alternatives to several upscale perfumes at a fraction of the cost. The post racked up hundreds of likes and views online, with many shoppers commenting beneath it too.
The full post read: “One more affordable perfume post before the end of 2024 and of course it’s some more affordable Zara perfumes that smell like luxury fragrances. Zara’s Ebony Wood is £29.99 and apparently smells just like Jo Malone’s London Wood Sage and Sea Salt which is £118.
“Hypnotic vanilla is £22.99 and apparently smells similar to Dior’s Hypnotic Poison which retails for £104. Zara’s Deep Garden is £19.99 and smells like Carolina Herrera Good Girl Eau de Parfum which is £95.
“Zara’s Red Vanilla is £17.77 and is just like Lancome’s La vie est Belle which you can get for £100. Zara’s Wonder Rose £17.77 is supposed to smell similar to J’adore Eau de Toilette £122.”
