However, not all customers were quite so pleased. One person added: “Bracelet is really nice but I am a bit disappointed with the engraving. The first and last letter are significantly less visible than rest of the text.
“It was a birthday gift including initials and year so it’s very unfortunate. I am worried that with time these letters will fully disappear.”
