The UK building company has plunged into liquidation with overdue statement after they claimed to “provide a second to none service to each of our customers” for the past 21 years
A UK construction company with 35 years experience in the industry has plunged into liquidation.
Kingscroft Construction Limited, based in Staffordshire, claim to have over thirty five years experience working within the building and construction industry.
The company’s website says: “We can help you add a bespoke extension to your house or we can build a complete project from new.
“Our company policy is to provide a second to none service to each of our customers ensuring that every project is completed on time and to complete client satisfaction.
“We work closely with our clients to ensure that we understand your requirements completely and that you understand exactly what we need to do to achieve them.”
However, on June 18 2026, the firm was appointed liquidators after entering Creditors Voluntary Liquidation.
Joint liquidators, Mustafa Abdulali and Neil Dingley, of Moore Recovery Limited were appointed.
According to Companies House, the building company was incorporated on June 27, 2005 and has therefore been in business for nearly 21 years.
The website also states that the firm have overdue statements.
Before entering liquidation Kingscroft Construction provided building restorations, complete new build work and building extensions in Stafford, Cannock, Wolverhampton and the surrounding areas.
They claimed to be “the premier building company providing a high standard of design and construction.”
