Bobby Norris, known for his stint on The Only Way Is Essex from 2012 to 2021, filmed a quick video inside his local Home Bargains store and raved about a 99p product. He says it is great for anyone suffering from a cold.
Home Bargains is known for selling a massive range of products. The store’s Vapour Bath Salts are perfect for anyone suffering from cold-like symptoms. Infused with menthol and eucalyptus, they are meant to provide relief from a blocked and stuffy nose, helping you feel somewhat normal again while you recover.
Bobby said: “When I tell you these sell out quick, this is what we’re at. It’s like the locusts have been!” He added: “Run like a thief in the night. [They’re a] game changer.”
There is also a version for people who prefer showers – or don’t have a bath. It comes in tablet form and offers the same relief by helping to unblock your stuffy nose.
Bobby added: “We’ve all got stinking colds. We’re having a terrible time so I would suggest, if you like a bath salt or a shower tablet, get involved. Vapour is the way. With everything going around at the minute, you need it in your life.”
Fellow fans and Home Bargains shoppers vouched for the product. One commented: “These always clear up my blocked nose when I catch a cold.” Another said: “I always grab a bag when I pop in over the cold season. Never know when one will strike!”
According to the NHS, you should begin to feel better from a common cold in about one to two weeks. It rarely warrants a visit to a doctor and is often best treated at home with self-care and rest.
