Shara Miller, 41, was found dead in Smethwick, West Midlands, yesterday morning. Three men have been arrested on suspicion of murder following her death
Three men have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a woman was tragically found dead on an industrial estate early on Monday morning.
West Midlands Police named Shara Miller as the woman whose body was discovered in Smethwick, off Woodbourne Road, just after 6.10am yesterday (August 11). Despite best efforts, nothing could be done to save the 41-year-old, and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives revealed that Ms Miller was believed to have been involved in sex work around Soho Road in Birmingham. This tragedy comes after a woman was killed while walking in a park by a falling branch.
Three men, aged 29, 38 and 31, have been arrested on suspicion of murder following Ms Miller’s death. They remain in custody.

They suspect she may have been driven to Woodburn Road from that location and that she died in the early hours of the morning.
Ms Miller’s loved ones are being supported by specialist officers, reports Birmingham Live.
West Midlands Police tonight urged potential witnesses, who might know about Ms Miller’s last movements before 1am, to contact the force.
Detective Chief Inspector Alastair Orencas said: “We have made some significant progress in our investigation and now have three men in custody.
“However, we still want to hear from anyone who saw Shara or spoke to her in the hours leading up to her death.
“We understand she was involved in sex work around the Soho Road, Birmingham area, and believe she may have been driven to Woodburn Road from that location.
“If you have any footage or information, and haven’t yet come forward, please contact us.”
Police have ramped up patrols in the area where Ms Miller was discovered and along Soho Road.
