The Made in Chelsea star revealed the secret behind her longer, lusher lashes after fans on Instagram commented about how good they were looking
Georgia Toffolo has been looking especially fluttery and fabulous recently – and her fans have definitely noticed. So much so that they have started to wonder what the secret of her longer lashes is.
Speaking to her followers on Instagram, she says, “Some of your are incredibly kind asking about my eye lashes – thank you. I think they’re in such a great place!” she said before going on to explain that she has been using Sweed Eyelash Growth Serum. Even better, the lash serum is normally £42 but we can reveal it’s currently only £33.60 at Marks & Spencer, thanks to a 20%-off offer they are running.
Speaking her about her experience with the product, Georgia says, “I’ve been using it for the last 6 months. It’s the best natural option that actually works. I did so much research. I’m so pleased.”
Patience is key, however. Lash serums need to work by stimulating the growth phase of lashes, so they need several weeks of regular use to see noticeable effects “The key difference is you’ve got to use it consistently for a long time to make it work,” says Toff, before adding, “Really recommend, so good. Can you see? I’m not sure if they look good from this angle…”
When Georgia refers to the serum as “natural”, she’s likely pointing to the fact it’s free from prostaglandin analogues—ingredients commonly found in lash serums that help extend the growth phase of lashes. While effective, some users prefer to avoid them due to potential sensitivity or irritation.
Instead, Sweed’s Eyelash Growth Serum uses peptides, biotin, pumpkin seed oil and keratin to nourish lashes and extend the growth phase. In 4-6 weeks with regular use, they promise “longer, fuller lashes with a beautiful curl”.
As well as a lash boosting serum, Sweed also have The Brow Serum – also down to £33.60 thanks to the 20% off offer. It’s actually the same formula as the lash serum, but with an adapted applicator to make brow applying it easier.
If you’re specifically looking for prostaglandin-free alternatives, brands like UKLash offer a sensitive versions of their best-selling lash serum: UKLash Sensitive Eyelash Serum, £39, designed with gentler ingredients that still offer effective results.
