The on-demand healthcare service, Morrisons Clinic, has been launched by the supermarket giant in partnership with online prescription delivery service Phlo
Booking a GP appointment can be a daunting task, especially in urban areas, and it’s all too easy to put it off. Luckily, many common health issues can be assessed and treated by your local pharmacy, with an increasing number of these services now available online.
In response to this demand, supermarket giant Morrisons has teamed up with online prescription delivery service Phlo to launch its own on-demand healthcare service, Morrisons Clinic. This service allows you to quickly and conveniently get the prescriptions you need from a team of fully-qualified clinicians.
The process is simple: fill out a questionnaire about your health concerns, the clinical team at Morrisons Clinics will review your submission and prescribe treatment accordingly, and your medication will be dispatched and delivered promptly. All medications are sourced from the UK, all communications and packaging are confidential and discreet, there’s free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery, and the service is fully compliant with UK regulations.

The recently unveiled Morrisons Clinic website is still waiting to make its mark on Trustpilot with customer feedback. Meanwhile, Phlo, the associated partner of Morrisons Clinic, has been showered with praise, flaunting a stellar 4.7 out of 5 rating based on over 6,100 reviews.
A thrilled patron gushed on Trustpilot: “I recently started using Phlo as my working long hours made it hard for my medication to be picked up,” commending the service for its “They have super-fast delivery, I get my medication before it runs out, and if I have additional medication it gets sent straight away.”
Another reviewer was delighted with Phlo’s convenience and commitment to sustainability, saying: “Really great company. It is wonderful to have your medicine so easy to order online, delivered to your house, and in cardboard boxes with paper tape! ” Furthermore, they enthused, “Such a wonderful company. I love that the packaging is paper instead of any kind of plastic.”
On the other hand, a less content customer mentioned experiencing a hitch with new prescriptions, mentioning: “I ordered a product and was told the wait time to go through consultation would be around a week to then dispatch, taking another 3-4 days,” but acknowledged that their call for a refund was “I asked for a refund which was promptly actioned.”
A further satisfied customer extolled the service’s benefits: “Really useful service, so easy to use. Saves me trying to catch a pharmacy when it’s open, and working full-time makes that difficult. Would highly recommend.”
