Sky customers can now get their hands on Apple’s latest iPad Mini for less than 50p per day
Shoppers in the market for a new tablet who are put off by their high asking price may want to check out Sky’s latest iPad deal. The provider is currently offering customers the chance to get the latest Apple iPad Mini for £14.50 per month when spreading the cost – equal to roughly 48p per day over 30 days.
This deal is for the new 10th-generation iPad Mini, which was released in 2024. This model boasts an 8.3” Liquid Retina display, ultra-wide 12MP camera and is powered by Apple’s A17 chip, which allows it to run quickly and smoothly whether browsing the web, streaming or gaming.
There is an upfront cost of £6 with the device, but many shoppers may find Sky’s option more affordable than buying the tablet outright. The main thing to keep in mind with this deal is that you’re signing up for a 48-month contract, with the total price you pay coming to £696 at the end of the plan.

However, this is not all that different than if you bought the tablet outright, which makes spreading the cost of the device all the more appealing. Over at Apple, the same iPad would set you back £649, while Amazon is offering it for a discounted £609.97 – reduced from £649.
Sky’s iPad deal is for the 128GB, Wifi + Cellular model, with the only catch being it must be paired with one of Sky’s data plans. These now start at £6 per month for the 3GB plan – reduced from £10 – on a 12-month contract.
Opting for the 3GB plan would bring the total monthly cost to £20.50, but members don’t have to continue with the data plan for the entire 48 months if they wish. It’s also worth noting that Sky lets members swap the device after 36 months at no extra cost, so you can get your hands on the latest model when the time comes.
While the £14.50 iPad deal is one that caught our eye, there are other, even more budget-friendly options available. Sky’s prices start at £10.50 for the iPad Mini (2022) all the way through to the iPad Pro 13” M4 (2024) at £34.
But it’s worth considering other brands if you want to make a larger saving, with Sky now offering an attractive deal on Samsung’s Galaxy Tab A9, which now comes to £3.50 per month. However, for those who are happy to pay upfront, Amazon is offering the same model for £97.50, which works out £70.50 cheaper than Sky’s 48-month plan.
