Noli is a beauty website where shoppers can find a skincare routine tailored to their needs
When finding the perfect skincare routine, beauty fans know all too well the investment it takes. But online beauty retailer Noli is helping skincare buffs simplify this long-winded task with a platform that lets users find products based on their skin type, taking the guesswork out of it.
While scouring this particular website for products is all well and good, the brand’s AI face scanning tool helps people identify their problem areas. These include dark spots, puffiness, wrinkles, blemishes, etc., with a photo taken on the phone or computer used to access the Noli.com website.
The AI tool will then suggest the ideal cleanser, serum, moisturiser, SPF and more, giving at least three alternative products, which can then be purchased from the website. For those who don’t fancy utilising the AI tool, the website can conduct a quiz that can be just as effective.
Housing best-selling names like CeraVe, La Roche Posay, Kiehl’s and Kerastase – to name a few – Noli often runs offers that see viral sensations – like the La Roche-Posay Anthelios Invisible Fluid SPF50+ and SkinTok fave CeraVe Moisturising Cream, reduced, making it a competitive retailer for beauty buys.
Below, we’ve shared just a few top picks from the brand’s best-sellers that we believe to be worth the hype. The 4.7-star CeraVe Moisturising Cream typically retails at £17.50 (at the likes of Boots), but shoppers can get it on Noli.com for £13.12.
As one of its best-selling products, the moisturising cream is simple and effective. It is a non-greasy, fast-absorbing formula that is infused with hyaluronic acid, MVE technology and three essential ceramindes. These work together to it deliver long lasting hydration while enhancing the skin’s moisture-retaining abilities.
Vitamin E and ceramides also help restore the skin barrier and protect against free radicals. The cream can be used on any part of the body, from the face to the hands and elbows. Users love it for its ‘silky soft’ finish and ‘calming’ properties.
One fan of the product said: “Deeply hydrating and gentle on the skin, this cream keeps my skin soft all day without feeling heavy,” while another added: “CeraVe Moisturising Cream has officially become part of my daily routine.
“What started as a simple test quickly turned into a non-negotiable for me. The cream feels cool, deeply hydrating, absorbs super fast and my skin just drinks it up.
“Even after the first few days, my skin felt incredibly soft, no white cast, no dryness, just healthy-looking, nourished skin. Now I reach for it every single day, even when my skin doesn’t necessarily need it, because I love how it keeps my skin feeling.”
L’Oreal Paris Revitalift Plumping Duo
Another firm favourite amongst skincare fans is the L’Oreal Paris Revitalift range. Promising firmer, glowing skin, Noli has slashed the price of the Revitalift Plumping Duo from £61.98 to £30.99. The set comprises L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Hyaluronic Acid + Peptide Serum, with an rrp of £31.99, currently £15.99 on Noli, and the £29.99 L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Filler Plumping Water Cream, £14.99 on its own on Noli.
It’s important to note that these formulas seem to be fragranced, which can sometimes cause irritation. Something like Paula’s Choice’s Anti-Ageing Ultra-Light Antioxidant Serum may be a better fit as their products famously come fragrance-free. Costing £36 from £45, it is a ‘lightweight hyaluronic serum that reduces brown spots from breakouts and makes pores less visible’.
The L’Oreal Paris serum is used to treat the skin with a boost of hydration to leave it looking plumped, thanks to its Micro-Epidermic Hyaluronic Acid-rich formula. Then the plumping moisturiser, containing two kinds of Hyaluronic Acid, can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, while niacinamide, ceramides and glycerin increase moisture and reinforce the skin barrier.
In fact, a clinical study over two weeks found that skin was up by 52% for hydration, looked revitalised and felt softer, while skin looked three times more plumped with fine lines reduced.
While Noli doesn’t have any reviews for the duo at this time, Boots stocks the L’Oreal Paris Revitalift Filler Hyaluronic Acid Anti-Wrinkle Serum on sale for £15.99 and shoppers have been left thoroughly impressed with the formula. One cited: “I have started to get smile lines around my mouth but when this is applied, it really ‘plumps’ the lines out and they are most definitely less noticeable.”
Meanwhile, one beauty fan said of the moisturising cream: “This is a brilliant gel cream suits my mature skin very well.” Although some people shared how they ‘expected more’, with one three-star review reading: “Combination skin: I’m not convinced with this unfortunately. I’ve been using it for approximately two weeks now and haven’t seen any changes. It’s a nice cream, more like a serum.
“It smells nice and applies easy but leaves a shine, and in my opinion, a slightly greasy shine. It doesn’t moisturise my skin enough until the evening.” So keep that in mind.
For those who want a bit more of a budget option, The Ordinary’s Natural Moisturising Factors + HA is a lovely alternative that costs £6.10 and uses a similar formula with hyaluronic acid, ceramides, glycerin and more to keep the skin hydrated and protected.
La Roche-Posay Anthelios Invisible Fluid SPF50+
With summer on the horizon, Noli has also reduced the price of the renowned La Roche-Posay Anthelios Invisible Fluid SPF50+, from £21 to £15.75. With an ultra-light, non-perfumed formula that is a hit amongst skincare lovers – myself included – the product is watery yet highly resistant in sunnier climates.
Although the runny texture is one thing some people don’t get on well with, as one review read: “This is difficult to apply, it’s very watery, and you can’t see where you’ve applied the product. I kept putting more on as I was concerned I hadn’t covered all of my face. Once on, the skin feels dry.”
That said, as someone who owns this exact formula, you get the hang of it, and it feels amazing on the skin once applied – something not all SPFs can promise. With an SPF50+ rating, it protects against UVB, UVA, and Ultra Long UVA, making it ideal for all skin types (even highly sensitive).
One feature that sets it apart from many well-known SPFs is its rapid absorption and lack of a greasy or shiny film. Nor does it leave a white cast, which is always an unflattering look – it dries transparent, despite its milky texture. It also boasts a non-comedogenic makeup and is dermatologist-backed.
For a more gel-like texture but protection that rivals La Roche-Posay, I’m a big fan of Heliocare 360° and its Water Gel SPF50+ is currently reduced at Lookfantastic from £31 to £24.80. Created with high-level broad-spectrum protection against UVB and UVA rays with SPF50+ and PA++++, its water-gel texture absorbs fast boast a sweat and water-resistant finish.
