Primark shoppers are on the hunt for the viral pyjama bottoms, which they want in multiple colours
Primark shoppers are professing their love for the retailer’s new pyjama bottoms they’d “wear outside.” The high street retailer is well known for it’s affordable fashion – and now shoppers may have found a new favourite item.
Instagram page @thisgirlloveshighstreet shared a video of Primark’s new collection of pyjama bottoms, including the striped Woven Pyjama Bottoms in pink and blue. The clip was captioned: “Girls they may be in the PJ section but best believe these will be worn outside..”
The post racked up thousands of likes and many comments from shoppers keen to wear the bottoms both for bed and when leaving the house. Among the comments, one person said: “need them all.”
A second wrote: “I got the brown stripe ones for this reason”, with another replying to them with “so did I.” A fourth excited shopper said: “I need to go to primark.”
Another excited commenter added: “Off I sprint”, while a fifth said: “So cute.” A sixth wrote: “Love these need the blue and pink.”
The retailer itself shared a video of the pyjamas being worn as part of outfit too, alongside the caption: “Designed to be dressed up or dressed down.” In the comments, shoppers were split in their opinions about wearing the pyjama bottoms outside.
One person said: “Obsessed” and a second claimed: “I NEEED THEM.” A third added: “Omds yessss girl.” However, another wrote: “Don’t go outside…pyjamas are for bed at home though.” A second said: “Have self-respect, leave pyjamas for bedtime.”
The pyjamas in question are Primark’s Woven Pyjama Bottoms, which come in pink, blue or white and are priced at £7. Also featured in the Instagram clip are the Woven Pyjama Shorts in pink or blue, as well as a checked version in red.
