The Ninja Professional Stackable Chopper makes meal prepping simple and clever bargain hunters have found a way to get it for just £15
While many of us are turning our thoughts to eating more home cooked foods to save money and be more healthy in the new year, no-one wants to spend hours in the kitchen prepping meals. Home cooks have been raving about Ninja’s Professional Stackable Chopper, saying they wish they’d bought the gadget sooner.
But if you’ve been eyeing the time-saving kitchen wonder, which is currently £29.99 on Ninja and Amazon’s websites, there’s a nifty way to get one for a fraction of the usual price thanks to a money-saving site. TopCashback offers a £15 new member sign-up bonus to anyone who signs up for free membership to their site – working out on half the price of the game-changing gadget, reports Nottinghamshire Live.
Writer and home cook Tom Capon put the Ninja Chopper to the test earlier in the year and described the gadget as being ideal for people who don’t want to spend all night in the kitchen. He explained: “The device operates exactly as the name suggests. Simply load it with vegetables, press down on the top, and voila, your food is chopped. For me, prep is such a time-consuming task that I often opt for meals that require less mental effort, ensuring I still get all my veggies and protein.
“However, with a single press, this device chops things faster than a chef on This Morning. This means I’m more likely to opt for tastier dishes like curry, chilli or even just a salad, rather than just throwing a bunch of ingredients into my air fryer and hoping for the best. While its main drawback could be considered ‘being too effective’, I’d highly recommend the Ninja Chopper. It’s particularly useful for those who’d rather not spend their entire evening in the kitchen. The addition of different power modes would make it perfect.”

Tom is not the only cook happy with the Ninja gadget as an addition to their kitchen. One satisfied customer titled their review ‘Should have bought it sooner,’ going on to say: “Perfect for quickly chopping ingredients, from breadcrumbs to a delicious salsa. Blades are super sharp – be careful when cleaning. The handy jars are stackable and you can store directly in the fridge. Meanwhile easily dishwasher proof too although I’d recommend the blades to be hand washed. Very good value – will use this daily.”
Another happy user commented: “This chopper is so versatile and easy to use. I love how the tubs stack on top of each other. So far I’ve used it to make the smoothest hummus ever, chopped almonds and made almond flour and chopped many vegetables with little effort. It’s something I use daily and love it!”.
However, not all reviews were glowing. One less satisfied customer remarked: “Good product. Easy to use, chops evenly and it’s quite easy to control the size of the final ‘chop’. But it is not easy to get the chopped food out of the bowl because there are ridges down the side of the bowl meaning you can’t scrape around the side with a spatula. Food also gets trapped in the lid. However, it is dishwasher proof so cleaning is not a problem.”
Another noted: “Very strong blitzer. I expected a glass jar as the description was not very clear. The part that engage the blades and the motor is also plastic . I believe it’s not going to last as I had another brand which broken few times until I gave up.”
The Ninja Professional Chopper is available from both Ninja and Amazon although if you want the TopCashback £15 sign-up bonus remember to sign up as a new member here and go through the cashback site to Ninja to buy.
If the chopper doesn’t tick all your boxes, fear not, there are other stellar choices. Over on Amazon the Russell Hobbs Vegetable Mini chopper stands out as a worthy alternative at £32.99. With an impressive 4.4-star rating from 3,402 reviews, it operates simply by pressing down on the top to chop your food.
Alternatively, if you’re looking to spend less, Dunelm offers a grey chopper for just £18.50 as one of hundreds of items in their huge winter sale. Suitable for chopping ice as well, it functions with a push-down mechanism similar to the others but boasts a more powerful 350-watt energy output compared to the other two’s 200 watts. It’s also well-received, with a 4.6-star rating from 59 reviews.
