Emma Sleep is currently offering free duvets, pillows and protectors worth up to £374 with selected mattress purchases
A new mattress is undoubtedly an investment, albeit an essential for a good night’s kip. Often the best time to snag new bedding is while it’s on sale or when there’s deals to be had – and now we’ve spotted an offer which gives customers freebies worth hundreds of pounds on certain buys.
The offer can be snagged from popular retailer Emma Sleep, where homeware fans can expect to nab goodies such as a duvet, pillows and a mattress protector on selected purchases, giving a bedroom a new season makeover for less. The free items are worth up to £374, depending on the purchase made.
One such product that gives buyers the chance to claim up to the maximum amount of freebies is the hugely popular Emma Original Elite Mattress. Prices for the mattress start at £649 for a single, but Emma is currently giving away a waterproof mattress protector, a hybrid pillow, and a spring/autumn duvet in the corresponding sizes.
Those purchasing the mattress for a double bed at £999 will get two pillows, as will those shopping the king at £1,099 or the super king at £1,299.00, whereas those shopping the single will receive one. Meanwhile, the Spring Autumn Duvet that also comes free might just be the ideal cover for the warmer weather, as one reviewer said: “Seems well made. Very lightweight and cool.”
The Emma Original Elite Mattress is sought-after thanks to its premium cover that’s soft to touch, while also letting skin breathe during the warmer months due to its clever AirGrid® technology. Fans have left the premium mattress high praise online, with one saying it’s the ‘best one I’ve had.’

If the budget doesn’t allow, then those in the market for something a little cheaper can also bag some serious savings too. The Emma Original Mattress starts at £329 in a single design and currently includes a free Comfort Cooling Pillow and a mystery gift valued up to £84 until May 11, 2026.
The mattress features a breathable point-elastic Airgocell layer that allows airflow. It’s a medium/firm design that relieves pressure points thanks to its MemoryAdapt Foam that moulds to the body’s shape while snoozing.
The third mid-range option is the brand’s Original Pro Mattress (prices start from £469) which includes free items worth up to £250. This comprises a pillow (or pillows depending on mattress size) and a protector for homeowners to enjoy.
If Emma’s deals don’t suit, then at Dunelm, the Pocketo Medium Firm 1000 Pocket Sprung Mattress currently has 20% off with prices starting at £143.20 for a small single (was £179). It boasts an impressive 4.3 star review score on the home retailer’s website, with one shopper saying it offers ‘excellent support.’
Meanwhile, at Simba, the highly-rated Hybrid Luxe Mattress starts from £1,249 for a single. Boasting a clever bamboo and wool blend design that’s soft, it’s also comfortable thanks to its wicking material that draws moisture away from the body during the night.
Back to Emma, and it’s not hard to see why fans have been raving about the retailer’s mattresses online. One who reviewed the Elite design and awarded it five stars said: “So far my Emma mattress is very comfortable and I’m very pleased with it.
“It seem to take on the contours of your body whichever way you sleep but also supports you. So far I’m very impressed with this mattress.” However, it is worth noting that one deducted a star, saying: “We are still trying to get used to it.”
Despite this, someone else was enthusiastic about the item, writing: “Brilliant, best one I’ve had.” The Original Elite Mattress isn’t the only Emma design fans have praised online, with the Emma Original having been awarded a rating of 4.6 out of five stars.
One person said they’d noticed a difference in their slumber since buying the mattress, commenting: “Very comfortable, had much better night’s sleep since having the mattress.” The Pro design – previously named the Hybrid Thermosync Mattress – has been hailed by Emma as being the ‘top choice for a comfortable night’s sleep.’
One reviewer wrote: “I am sleeping on a dream. Just the perfect mattress. It makes such a difference to the quality of my sleep. My prior mattress had the tendency to leave me with aches around my hip area as I sleep predominantly on my side. I am content with this product.”
It is worth noting that one found a minor flaw in the item’s design, saying: “Thick comfortable mattress. The fact that it didn’t have an edge to hold onto means you are almost propelled out of it when you sit up. I have had to buy deeper sheet too.”
The waterproof mattress protector that comes free with the Original Pro Mattress has also impressed Emma shoppers, with one writing: “Love it, can’t believe I waited so long to get one.”
