The Percella Cove Fair Isle Jumper from Seasalt Cornwall has been discounted ahead of Christmas – and shoppers are loving its colourful design and warm finish
Seasalt Cornwall shoppers are heaping praise on a knitted piece they say is the ‘perfect winter jumper’ – and it has been discounted ahead of Christmas. Inspired by festive lights and vintage baubles, the Percella Cove Fair Isle Jumper costs £69.95 down from £95.95 and comes in different hues from navy, pink and coral to greens and blues – although we love the Palace Cove Maritime Multi design.
With sizes ranging from 8 to 20, the jumper has a mid-weight and is made from 80% merino wool – so you can expect it to be super cosy. It has a casual round neck that’s easy to accessorise and its soft blend has recycled fibres ensuring its durability.
With long sleeves and a loose fit, paired with some jeans and a white tee, it’s a great way to add some colour into your wardrobe with minimal effort.

Made from wool, it’s important to note that you must hand wash it in cold water – it would be a shame to stick it in the washing machine for the first time, only to shrink it. It’s also good to know that the brand has free standard delivery for baskets over £60 of 3-5 working days, so there’s a chance you could get it before Christmas if you order today.
With a 4.5 star rating and over 140 five star reviews, the jumper is a clear hit with shoppers as one said how it was “a real colourful pleasure to wear on a cold dull winters day. I know I will wear it for years”.
They added: “I really loved this jumper in this richly coloured version and when I unwrapped it, it was exactly as I had hoped it would be. I bought a size larger to accommodate under layers as I can find wool content a bit itchy, and it’s ideal. It’s warm.”
Another remarked: “This is beautifully made and very cosy. It fits really well and perfect for this cooler weather.”
A third Seasalt fan, who has a collection, shared their thoughts on the knitwear and said: “Love, love, love these jumpers-. Over the last couple of years I have (sadly?) developed a bit of a Percella Cove habit and only need the green colourway now to complete the set! Beautifully made, in wonderful colours, – whichever one I am wearing always occasions compliments.”
As mentioned previously, the only thing that might be an issue is washing the jumper – something one customer didn’t get on with as they said: “The difficulty is not buying them all [colours]. My only real sadness is that your jumpers do not wash well however very careful you are (I’m old school and have hand washed all my jumpers for years!).”
The shape of the jumper was a bit of a miss for another shopper who said it was “so unflattering and makes me look like a box on legs.”
