Giffgaff has knocked £240 off one of Samsung’s latest smartphones.
Samsung has beaten Amazon and Apple prices as one of its latest smartphones gets a January sale price cut. This particular deal just dropped at giffgaff, where there’s currently £240 off the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE.
The device has plummeted to £11.37 per month when spreading the cost over 36 months, with £20 upfront. This works out at a total cost of £429.32 compared to the usual £669, undercutting Amazon’s £649 price tag when buying the phone outright.
It’s also cheaper than the rival and similarly budget-friendly Apple iPhone 16e at £499 (was £599). To get giffgaff’s Samsung deal, shoppers just need to pair the phone with an 18-month data plan, such as 50GB for £12 or 100GB for £15.
Those opting for 50GB will pay a total of £23.37 per month. Despite being marginally more expensive than Sky Mobile’s £23 plan, giffgaff comes out on top as Sky only includes a 100MB data allowance with its deal.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE comes in a choice of Navy or Icy Blue colourways, with 256GB storage. Samsung unveiled the device in September as a more affordable sibling of the standard S25.

Giffgaff is knocking £240 off the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, offering it for £11.37 per month when paired with a data plan.
But even with its lower price, it boasts premium features including a 6.7” dynamic AMOLED 2X display, 12MP ultra-wide camera and 50MP wide camera. There’s also penty of Galaxy AI functions and an IP68 water and dust resistance rating.
Daily Express Technology Editor David Snelling tested the Galaxy S25 FE when it launched. He branded it a ‘super premium’ device.
He said: “The new S25 FE is another decent device from Samsung. It feels super premium in the hand and has a pixel-packed 6.7-inch display.
“There are all the AI smarts found on the standard S25, including full Google Gemini access, plus other features such as fast charging and a toughened design.
“It doesn’t get the impressive Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, the cameras can’t match the Ultra and there are less colour choices, but if those things don’t worry you then the FE is one to watch out for. The only issues from my short time with this phone could be that it only comes in one large screen size, and it is still pretty expensive.
“Samsung has got some promotional offers, but I can’t help thinking a £599 price tag would seem more appealing.”
