An Amazon robot vacuum cleaner, known for its prowess in tackling pet hair, has seen its price slashed by nearly half. The eufy G50 Robot Vacuum Cleaner, usually priced at £199.99, is now available for £109.99 in the retailer’s latest flash sale.
This equates to a saving of £90 or 45% off the original price, marking the lowest price ever recorded for this model according to price tracker camelcamelcamel. This budget-friendly vacuum is currently the second-best seller in Amazon’s robotic vacuums category, trailing behind the more powerful eufy L60 Robot Vacuum Cleaner (£189.99).

Despite being a more affordable option, the eufy G50 still packs a punch with up to 4,000 Pa of ‘strong’ suction, making it an ideal choice for removing dirt, dust and pet hair from your home. It’s designed to clean both carpet and hard floors, with its ‘BoostIQ’ function ramping up the power when it detects carpet.
The robot vacuum also comes equipped with a built-in Pro-Detangle Comb, which automatically removes hair from the roller brush, while its slim 81mm tall body allows it to clean under low-lying furniture. The G50 boasts a battery life of up to 120 minutes and will automatically return to its charging station when it needs a recharge.
It also features a 600ml dust bin, meaning it requires emptying less frequently. With the eufy smartphone app, users can control the device via Bluetooth and schedule cleaning times, adjust the suction and initiate spot cleaning, reports the Daily Record.
However, this model lacks the ability to map cleaning areas on the app, a feature that comes with more high-end robot vacuums like the Shark Matrix Plus (£399.99).
