An aircraft has crashed after landing at Land’s End Airport in Cornwall.
Devon and Cornwall Police said officers were called to the airport in St Just at 11.55am on Wednesday following reports that the aircraft had crashed after landing.
The aircraft, believed to have been travelling from Devon, had two people on board, with police reporting no serious injuries.
Fire crews remain at the scene while the incident continues.
The Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) has been informed.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: “At 11.55am today, 9 July, police received a report that a light aircraft had crashed after landing at Land’s End Airport, St Just.
“The plane, believed to have been travelling from Devon, had two occupants on board.
“No serious injuries are reported at this time.
“The fire service is in attendance.
“The incident remains ongoing.
“The Air Accidents Investigation Branch has been informed.”
