The Ninja 2-in-1 blender has been reduced by 34% on Amazon and is praised by shoppers for being ‘a kitchen powerhouse’
Spring is almost upon us and with the return of fresh, locally (mostly) grown fruit and warmer weather, we’re wanting to dive headfirst into a zingy and antioxidant rich smoothie to start our day. And if you’re in need of a new blender, or can’t wait for spring and want to get your fruity fix sooner, Amazon has recently dropped the price of the Ninja 2-in-1 Blender, making it cheaper for a limited time only than other prices we’ve spotted elsewhere (at the time of writing).
The blender from the renowned tech company usually retails for £149.99 on Amazon, but shoppers can enjoy 34% off and get it for £98.98 – which beats Ninja’s own sale price of £99.99 as well as Currys.
The blender has a number of different automatic settings for your desired outcome – blend, max blend and crush. With the ability to make much more than smoothies – think dressings, drinks, dips – the stainless steel tool is driven by a powerful 1200W motor to break up the toughest of foods.

With 4 manual speeds (low, medium, high and pulse), the blender comes complete with a jug and lid, cup – for when you’re in a rush and need to make a quick smoothie, as well as a spout lid and recipe guide, if you’re in need of some inspiration.
A great way to help you get in key nutrients, the blender has received a lot of praise from Ninja fans who have awarded it an impressive 4.7 out of 5 stars – based on over 4,700 reviews.
One happy customer shared how the “Ninja 2-in-1 Blender is a kitchen powerhouse that tackles everything from smoothies to frozen cocktails with ease. The combination of a large 2.1L jug and a convenient 700ml cup makes it incredibly versatile for both individual servings and family-sized batches.”
They added: “Effortlessly pulverizes ice, frozen fruit, and even nuts. I was particularly impressed with its ability to create perfectly smooth smoothies in seconds.”
Another fan of the device remarked: “This blender feels well-made. I think it may last forever, well, I hope so. It has all the power and control you need to blend, puree and crush. The jug mounting is secure and the lid has a strong seal with a pouring hatch. The blades extend all the way up the jug, so no issue with quickly processing whatever is in your jug.
“It has a separate smoothie maker attachment with a lid that you can drink from. Perfect for when you are in a hurry and saves on dishes too.”
A third happy shopper gushed: “We use our blender almost everyday. It’s probably the best blender we’ve ever had. It’s so easy to use has different power functions, easy to clean wouldn’t be without it!”
It’s left some shoppers wondering whey they didn’t invest in such a device ‘years ago’, with one stating: “Amazing! Why didn’t I have this years ago…Works wonders on any food I’ve thrown at it & makes great smoothies! BUY!”
While comments for this blender have been positive for the most part, some grumbles came from shoppers who didn’t enjoy how loud it was. One smoothie-fan who left a three star review shared their cons of the machine: “It is exceptionally loud. To the point I have to put headphones on if I am near it and my wife has to leave the house (We live in a small 2 room annex).”
Others found that the blender only runs consistency for 60-70 seconds on the highest speed. One said: “One significant flaw is that it’s not possible to have the blender run indefinitely, or at least for an amount of time the user chooses. The longest the blender can run for is 70 seconds on the highest speed.
“This is a pain for me, since I have a daily smoothie which needs at least 3 minutes of blending to be smooth enough to drink. This means having to go back and have the blender do another blend twice after the initial blend.”
Although many people managed to grin and bear this ‘flaw’ and loved the blender’s volume and results. Get it here.
