Nancy Pexton, 70, has been found guilty at the Old Bailey of murdering her film director sister before making off with her diamond-encrusted gold Rolex watch.

Pexton slit the throat of Jennifer Abbott, 69, and covered her mouth with adhesive tape before leaving her dead on the floor of her Camden flat wearing just her knickers.
