A Facebook group member asked for help with ‘crepey-looking’ skin on her neck – and the answers didn’t disappoint
If you’re an avid This Morning watcher, you may already be aware that Facebook has a whole page dedicated to beauty advice from ITV expert Nadine Baggott. The Nadine Baggott Community page has a whopping 36.6k following, with many posts sharing advice, from Nadine or from themselves, on affordable anti-ageing solutions.
This week, one very popular topic was covered by a user asking for tips to help her reduce the appearance of wrinkles on the neck. Asking the community, the user penned: “Ladies, what do people use on the skin between your jaw and neck? Mine is turning a bit crepe-like. Is there anything that might help? I realise it won’t go away completely without some kind of surgical intervention, but I’d just like to improve the look.”
Community members responded in the masses, helpfully sharing their go-tos for improving the look of skin texture on their neck and decolletage. However, there was one product that got mentioned in the comments time and time again – PRAI’s very affordable Ageless Throat and Decolletage Cream, now on sale for £23.99.
The bestselling cream, which reportedly sells every 60 seconds, aims to create firmer, smoother-looking neck skin with a blend of hydrating hyaluronic acid and the brand’s proprietary Sepilift technology. The cream is also recommended by our Mirror shopping writer’s mum, who says the results have been impressive. She told her daughter that, around three years ago, she had started noticing the early signs of what many people refer to as ‘turkey neck’ – when the skin around the throat begins to lose its firmness.

After discovering the Ageless Throat cream through a friend, she started using it consistently as part of her routine. Now, she says her neck looks noticeably smoother and more youthful, with no fine lines or discolouration.
Nadine Baggott Community members voice similar feedback, with one writing: “It really softened the lines on my chest.”
Another added: “I use the PRAI cream every morning, taking it right down to my chest. It sinks in lovely to my skin.”
Over on Boots, where the cream has been awarded a glowing 5-star rating by over 1,000 people, words like “Very effective” and “huge difference” are thrown about repeatedly.
One reviewer said: “I first bought this product in duty free and absolutely loved it. I noticed a difference in 2 weeks on my turkey neck. I have now bought both day and night cream from boots and looking at other products from prai to buy,” while another added: “Definitely see a difference in 1 week of using it , turkey neck was getting me down but can see an improvement.”
Other more balanced reviews point out that the cream does have a tendency to ‘slip’ or feed a tad thick if used in excess.
As for other recommendations from Nadine Baggott’s Facebook group, Trinny London also got brought up a fair amount, specifically the Elevator Neck Cream, which features peptides that rebuild the skin’s scaffolding, filling in gaps + boosting collagen production.
