Millia Mackintosh fans have been lusting over her ‘dreamy’ pink velvet power suit as the formed Made in Chelsea star promotes her new book – and we tracked it down with 30% off
After launching her new book, Bad Drunk: How I Found My Freedom From Alcohol – And You Can Too, in January, Millie Mackintosh has been doing the rounds promoting the new read. And in a recent Instagram post, Millie found the perfect accessory to go with her new book; “I found a pink velvet suit that perfectly matches my book cover” Millie wrote, sharing a snap of herself trying on the suit.
It seemed the suit was a hit, with Millie going on to wear it out and about later that week. Fans were quick to ask for details, with one saying: “P.s the power suit details are needed” whilst another added: “Such a beautiful book. And beautiful colour suit.” Thankfully for anyone hoping to nab Millie’s suit for themselves, she shared a link to the “Dreamy pink suit” and it’s still in stock in all sizes – and on sale.

The exact suit Millie was wearing is the Boop Menswear-Inspired Jacket and the matching Babilon Straight Leg Velvet Trousers. Both pieces currently have 30% on the Ba&sh website, with the jacket down from £345 to £241.50, whilst the trousers are reduced to £161 from £230.
The suit is inspired by menswear with a 70s edge, with each piece featuring a more relaxed fit of tailoring. The jacket has a straight cut and overlapped button fastening, whilst the trousers have a mid-rise waistband and bootcut legs, with an ironed crease down the centre of the legs.
Although it’s got a simple-yet-elegant design, the suit’s velvet material gives it a luxurious edge that makes it look more high end and feminine. You can effortlessly mix and match both pieces with other items in your wardrobe too; wear the trousers with cosy knitwear and brogues for the office, or pair the blazer with some jeans and a simple white tee for a more casual look.
