Millie Mackintosh has shared some of her travel essentials that she never goes on holiday without, and her must-have for flying is this adjustable memory foam neck pillow
When it comes to travelling, comfort is key to making every stage of your journey as enjoyable as possible, and one thing we can all agree on is that trying to sleep on a plane can be a nightmare. Trying to position your head without leaving your neck aching is a struggle, which is why a neck pillow is usually a must-bring for travellers.
Millie Mackintosh is no stranger to jetting off on holiday with her family, and the former Made in Chelsea star recently shared her list of wellbeing travel essentials, which included one item that’s guaranteed to make your flying experience more enjoyable – her OstrichPillow Go Neck Pillow, £68.49. Millie shared a snap of herself on Instagram using it during a recent flight, saying: “Neck pillow from Healf – first one I have found that doesn’t hurt my neck.”

The Go Neck Pillow is a great upgrade to your usual neck pillows, which tend to offer little support when sleeping. Rather than being filled with soft foam which flattens over time, it’s packed with memory foam which helps offer extra support to your neck and maintains proper spinal posture, stopping you from getting neck and back pain.
It has a 360° ergonomic design that makes sure your head and neck are fully supported from all angles, and it fastens with a velcro band which lets you fully customise the fit and snugness. The memory foam in the Go Neck Pillow can also be compressed to 60% of its size, making it perfect for stashing in a travel bag, and will spring back up to its usual size once removed.
You can even completely remove the outer sleeve and put it in the washing machine, making sure it stays clean no matter how much you use it. Currently the Go Neck Pillow only has two reviews, but they’re both five stars with one saying: “Very comfortable Worth the cost.”
The other agreed: “Great pillow…. Competitive price and does exactly as it said it will. Often nap in the recliner chair, so pop this on, great support and no more neck pain…”
Elsewhere on Amazon, the Relaxd Travel Pillow is currently reduced from £19.99 to £16.99 and offers similar 360° support with a fastening at the front. It also comes with other travel essentials, including an eye mask and ear plugs, to help you get the best sleep possible during your flight.
One of Amazon’s best sellers is the Cirorld Travel Pillow which has been slashed to £11.89 from £14.99. Whilst it doesn’t offer quite the same all-round support as the other designs, it does have a memory foam filling which adjusts to your body and helps alleviate neck pain.
