Fashion fans can add a touch of luxury to their wardrobe for less with Marks and Spencer’s new gorgeous jacket that resembles Chanel’s iconic design. The retailer says its Tweed Check Fringed Jacket is a ‘fresh take on the timeless bouclé style’.
It’s not just the style of the jacket that’s giving designer-vibes, as its stunning navy and white dogtooth pattern is reminiscent of fabrics often used by Chanel. The M&S garment is a fraction of the price of similar designer jackets, costing £69.
It’s available in sizes six to 24 and is designed in a regular fit. The jacket has a neat round neckline and contrast buttons running down the front.

Stylish patch pockets add a traditional touch, while the fringed trims add a unique yet contemporary detail. The Tweed Check Fringed Jacket is part of the M&S Collection; easy-to-wear wardrobe staples that combine classic and contemporary styles.
As the jacket is new, only three M&S customers have reviewed the garment to date. One delighted buyer commented: “Absolutely fabulous. Great fitting, very stylish and bang on trend – lovely.”
“Great stylish jacket,” wrote a second happy shopper. “This is a lovely jacket. Ordered a size 10 and it fits perfectly. Looks great with jeans and trainers but equally you can dress it up. Very versatile. Looking forward to wearing it when the weather gets a bit warmer.”
Someone else awarded the jacket four stars, as they noted a couple of downsides. They explained: “Lovely, stylish jacket. My usual M&S jacket size fits well. Length wise, at 5’3 it falls to just above my hip bones. Arm length is ever so slightly too long for me, but easily remedied. I don’t care for the buttons but again, an easy fix.”
