A man in his 30s has died in a multi-vehicle crash on a busy motorway into London.
The crash on the morning of Tuesday, November 25, involved white Mercedes lorry, a black Nissan Qashqai and a white Scania articulated lorry, Kent Police said.
“The vehicles were involved in a collision at 8.27am on Tuesday 25 November 2025. Emergency services attended the scene and the driver of the Nissan, a man in his 30s, was confirmed to be deceased at the scene. His next of kin has been informed,” a Kent Police spokesperson said.
They were all travelling on the London-bound carriageway of the M20 in Kent, between Junctions nine and eight.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were on the scene and an air ambulance was landed on the opposite side of the busy road.
The driver of the Mercedes lorry was airlifted to a London hospital and being treated for serious injuries.
Kent Police’s serious collision investigation unit are carrying out enquiries and urge anyone witnesses to contact them.
