A large section of the M25 in Hertfordshire is closed following a serious collision, with long queues forming on the motorway this evening.
The road is shut anti-clockwise between J23 (A1M, South Mimms) and J22 (St Albans), National Highways said.
“All emergency services including Hertfordshire Police are in attendance,” it added. “National Highways Traffic Officers are also on scene providing assistance with traffic management.”
