A motorway closed near to a major UK airport following a horror crash.
The M11 in Essex closed northbound between J8 (London Stansted Airport) and J10 (Duxford) due to the multi-vehicle collision. The crash involved three cars, a van and a lorry – and the lorry was overturned.
National Highways said Essex Police, Essex Fire and Rescue Services were on scene along with National Highways Traffic Officers. A diversion route was in place.
