A lucky Brit has scooped the National Lottery Set for Live prize, bagging themselves £10,000 a month for the next 30 years.
Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at Allwyn, operator of The National Lottery, said: “We are so pleased that another top prize has been won on Set For Life!
“They can now celebrate winning £10k every month for 30 years – meaning not only will they be ‘set’ for this Christmas, but also for many more to come!”
Players are urged to check their tickets and to give the lottery a call to claim this latest Set For Life top prize.
The winning Set For Life numbers are: 10, 23, 27, 28, 36 and the Life Ball is 03.
One lucky National Lottery player won the Set For Life jackpot tonight, consisting in a whopping £10,000 payment every month over the next 30 years.
The December 22 draw took place place at 8pm, and saw one person choosing the 6 winning numbers.
To win the Set For Life game, players need to correctly guess which of the five main numbers, from one to 47, plus which “Life Ball”, from one to 10, are drawn.
Other prizes include £10,000 every month for one year – given to those guessing correctly the five main numbers – and £250 prizes handed to those guessing four main numbers plus the “Life Ball”. The first Set For Life draw took place in March 2019.
The first National Lottery draw was held on November 19 1994 when seven winners shared a jackpot of £5,874,778.
The largest amount ever to be won by a single ticket holder was £42million, won in 1996.
