The bank is offering several bonus payments to customers
Lloyds Bank customers need to act now to claim an offer worth hundreds of pounds in bonus payments. The provider is currently running several bonus schemes if you’re willing to make an account switch.
The bank has multiple offers available to new and existing customers. You can receive a £200 payment by switching to a new Club Lloyds Account, Club Lloyds Platinum Account or Club Lloyds Silver Account. Lloyds is also offering a £500 payment if you transfer to a new Premier Account with the provider. For either switching offer, you must transfer at least three active direct debits as part of your move. The transfer must also be completed through the Current Account Switch Service.
Your new account needs to be opened by Thursday, April 30, to benefit from the offer. Once you’ve satisfied all the qualifying requirements, the money will be deposited directly into your new account.
The payment will be made between 45 and 90 days after opening the account, appearing as a cash credit. The full details about the switching offers can be found on the Lloyds website.
£1,800 extra payments
Lloyds is also offering up to £1,200 cashback plus another £600 cashback to customers. The bank will pay you up to £1,200 for opening either a one- or two-year fixed rate cash ISA or an online fixed bond.
You can receive £30 cashback for every £5,000 you deposit into the account, up to £25,000, and then £150 for every £25,000 you pay in after that. This is up to a maximum of £1,200 if you deposit £200,000 or more.
Customers can also receive up to £600 in cashback for transferring into or depositing funds into a new or existing share dealing account or share dealing ISA.
Once again, you’ll receive £30 cashback for every £5,000 you deposit, up to £25,000, followed by £150 for each £25,000 above that amount.
The highest cashback available is £600 if you deposit £100,000 or more.
Transfer requests for these promotions must be submitted by May 31.
The Lloyds Bank website features a calculator tool that enables you to calculate your potential cashback earnings.
