Shoppers are rushing to Home Bargains after the retailer announced it has restocked a viral item that’s been sold out everywhere else, but urges people to ‘be quick’ if they want one
Home Bargains shoppers are being urged to ‘be quick’ if they want to snap up a recently restocked viral toy that’s taken social media by storm, leading to it selling out across the globe.
The squishy dumpling craze has completely taken over, turning these adorable little stress-relievers into the ultimate viral must-have. Thanks to their impossibly satisfying texture and endless TikTok hype, they’re practically impossible to keep on shelves.
Every time one of the cute sensory toys launches, they seem to sell out almost the exact second a restock drops. But now, customers are being told to rush to their local Home Bargains store, as they have been restocked at stores across the UK.
The official Home Bargains Instagram page shared footage of the viral toys stacked on shelves in-store, urging eager shoppers to dash down to their local branch without delay if they want to get their hands on one.
“Be quick – these won’t be around for long,” they warned in the caption accompanying the Instagram clip, which showed numerous boxes of the popular toy displayed on shelves and priced at just £2.49 per pack.
The toys arrive in circular plastic containers resembling bamboo steaming baskets, wrapped in vibrant packaging to keep the contents hidden.
Each box houses a unique squishy dumpling toy. According to the label, there are five different dumpling designs available to collect.
These charming food-themed toys are satisfying to squeeze, stretch, pinch and roll. What’s particularly fascinating about their popularity is their universal appeal across all age groups, from young children to grown-ups, with many finding they help improve concentration and reduce fidgeting.
Thrilled viewers quickly flooded the comments section, with countless shoppers declaring they’d be racing to secure their own.
One gushed: “FINALLY.” Another celebrated the news, pointing out the toys are “Cheaper than [in] most places.” A third person excitedly stated: “IM ON MY WAY. “
Another shared: “We could’ve saved ourselves £20 worth of 2p’s trying to win these at the seaside slots. And a fifth user said: “I need to find these.”
