Good morning, and welcome, everyone, to my first annual results presentation. But also for those of you who don’t know who I am, I’m Angus Gordon Lennox. I’m Chairman of this company. And on this presentation, we’ve also got Keith Pickard, who is the Chair of the Audit Committee and 3 members from Gore Street Capital, who will be talking to you as well. I think the first thing to say is that this new Board has only been in place since the 1st of February. These results are to the end of March.
So it’s literally 2 months of the new Board that we’re talking about, although, of course, there’s been a couple of more months passed since the end of March. But the new Board has taken significant action. In the first place, we have had a strategy review. We announced that in March, as many of you may have met me at that point. And a couple of things that we did. We promised to have a good hard look at this company, and we’ve done that with some quite simple results, which we’ll come on to later.
But I think the most important thing at this stage is that the NAV that we’ve announced this morning
