Frankie Bridge recently shared some of her favourite winter buys on her Frankie’s Faves Instagram, and it included Victoria Beckham’s warm, earthy and sweet perfume
If you’re looking for a new fragrance that’ll see you through winter and into spring, then Frankie Bridge’s latest purchase is just the thing. She recently shared some of her favourite things over on her Frankie’s Faves Instagram account, and amongst some of her recent fashion buys and accessories was the perfume she’s been wearing on repeat lately.
Although Frankie has turned to Victoria Beckham’s 21:50 Rêverie perfume for her winter fragrance, it’s a great scent that’ll see you through all seasons. It has a sweet, earthy and aromatic combination of notes that makes it cosy enough for the colder months, whilst still being bright enough to wear during the summer season.

The 21:50 Rêverie perfume is genderless, and has a grounded sensuality with warm, rich notes. It features opening notes of tobacco leaf, plum and tonka bean for a rich, warm and smokey scent, followed by notes of vanilla and cedarwood which bring that long-lasting fragrance and offer a more earthy base.
As with all of Victoria’s perfumes it’s priced at £170 for 50ml, whilst the 100ml bottle is £245. It comes in the brand’s signature design, with a wide rectangular bottle that features gold accents and a ridged gold cap.
If you don’t want to fully splurge on the perfume, Victoria Beckham beauty also offers a hand cream in the same scent. The Hand Creme 21:50 Rêverie is £38 for a 24ml tube that’s the perfect size for keeping in your handbag or pocket, or popping in your hand luggage whilst travelling.
You can also pick up some similar scented perfumes that are on the more budget-friendly side. One favourite is Kayali’s £79 Freedom Musk Santal 34 which feature similar warm, sweet and earthy notes like musk, pink pepper, freesia and orange blossom.
Meanwhile Phlur’s Somebody Wood combines jasmine, vanilla and musk for an earthy, warm and sweet scent that’s £99 for a 50ml bottle. If you’re happy to splurge, though, Diptyque’s Tempo fragrance is similarly priced, costing £170 for 75ml, and has elegant, woody and earthy notes which combine three different types of patchouli leaves.
The Victoria Beckham 21:50 Rêverie perfume however has gotten great reviews from shoppers, who’ve rated it 4.7 stars and say it feels “like luxury” whenever you wear it. One wrote: “Bought as a Christmas gift, my wife was over the moon and adores the scent. Not your usual designer perfume, has a sense of luxury and elegance. Would highly recommend but is a luxury.”
Another hailed it a “perfect scent” and added: “I thought this was going to smell masculine after reading about the notes in this fragrance, but I was pleasantly wrong. I absolutely love this scent. VB knows what she’s doing! I bought it as soon as I smelt it. I’d say this is my favourite out of her 4 fragrances.”
The scent of 21:50 Rêverie perfume wasn’t for everyone, though, with one shopper saying: “After trying a sample I would describe this perfume as a woody, earthy and slightly more masculine scent. It’s too strong for me but I can appreciate that it’s a complex perfume with layers. I actually preferred the initial smell and top notes to the dry down/ base notes which is unusual as I usually like a perfume the more it dries down and mixes with my skin.”
However another praised: “This is a lovely, unusual fragrance. It is pricey, but it’s one of the few fragrances I’ve found which lasts throughout the day. It is quite a strong scent, so it may be too heavy for some, but I love the woody notes with an underlying sweetness. It also smells lovely on my husband ( although I’m trying to keep him away from it). Definitely a fragrance I will buy again.”
