TV presenter Fearne Cotton has teamed up with wellness brand Ancient + Brave to launch two new supplements aimed at helping you improve your mental and physical wellbeing
Podcaster and TV presenter Fearne Cotton and her Happy Place brand are all about self-care, self-love and wellbeing, which makes the star the perfect person to front the two latest launches from celeb-favourite supplements brand Ancient + Brave.
The brand – which also counts Olympian Dame Kelly Holmes as a fan – has just introduced two new injestible supplements: True Magnesium+, and True Ashwagandha, both starting from £19.20. Fearne says, “In a world that constantly demands more from us, finding balance isn’t easy,” says Fearne. “It’s a brave choice to prioritise self-care, but it’s essential for happiness. These new products are a practical way to begin that journey, and I’m thrilled to introduce them alongside Ancient + Brave.”
True Magnesium+ contains three different types of magnesium, and it can help to reduce of tiredness and fatigue, supports mood health and promote healthy bones, muscles and teeth, with customers saying that taking this helps them “sleep like a baby”.

“This product has helped me have a more restful and pro longed sleep helping me to feel less fatigued during the day,” one happy customer wrote.
“Since taking True Magnesium+ I have noticed that my levels of anxiety have been lower and I have also found I am sleeping much better,” another review reads. “If I forget to take it I notice a real difference in both anxiety and ability to get off to sleep.”
A third person commented on its benefits on their gut, writing: “This a wonderful supplement which helped my sleep and gut health.”
The other launch is True Ashwagandha, an Ayurvedic herb that is said to help the body adapt to stress, enhance immune resilience and even improve endurance.
A review or these capsules titled ‘Big impact on stress’ reads: “Never realised the power of ashwagandha until it was offered by Ancient + Brave as I currently take other supplements by them. I use this in combination with Magnesium+ and as someone in the menopause I would most definitely say this has made a massive improvement. My cortisol levels seem to have lowered as I feel less stressed with more of a sense of calm and balance, sleep has also vastly improved. Will continue taking this for the foreseeable.”
Shoppers can buy these celeb-approved daily supplements in glass jars or recyclable pouches for £24 for 30 capsules, or for a reduced price of £19.20 if they subscribe to regular orders – something that may be worth doing, as it can take a few months to notice any benefits of taking supplements.
And Fearne isn’t the only fan of this brand. In an exclusive interview with OK! Magazine, Dame Kelly Holmes shared how she started taking Ancient + Brave’s Noble Collagen after hitting the menopause and suffering from body pains and weakness, at one point struggling to even do one press up.
“After three weeks of taking Noble Collagen, I don’t get body pains at all now, and I feel stronger than I have in ages,” she said. “I’m not breaking down when I exercise now – because when I train, I train hard.”
Collagen is a popular supplement to take nowadays, both for its health and its beauty benefits. Our beauty editor Laura Mulley is a big fan of Ancient + Brave’s Cacao + Collagen, from £19.20, as well as Vida Glow Natural Marine Collagen, from £33.15, and Dose & Co Collagen Protein Powder Chocolate, £29.99.
