It comes in plenty of sizes depending on how long your trip is set to last – and lots praised its luxury look on a budget
Dunelm shoppers will be strolling through airports feeling like they’re got the most stylish luggage. And, best of all, it’s actually a bargain compared to most suitcases.
Dunelm’s Palermo Hard Shell Suitcase comes in two stunning colours – cream and navy – that are sure to stand out when you’re travelling this year. Shoppers can opt for a cabin-sized case for £35 or invest in larger suitcases from £40.
Each case features a ‘tough’ hard shell exterior. It’s designed to help your luggage survive the airport handling process and make sure nothing gets damaged along the way.

Shoppers have vouched for its quality and luxury appearance through dozens of five-star reviews on Dunelm’s website. One said: “This suitcase is so stylish and stands out looking far more expensive than it actually is!”
Another added: “Pleasantly surprised, it’s just excellent. It looks amazing and it is lightweight. Quality product at a bargain price. I would absolutely recommend this product.”
A third wrote: “Simple, stylish and beautiful luggage. Really pleased with the purchase. Going to get a cabin one too. Don’t think twice, you will be happy with this purchase.”
Someone else put in their review: “So stylish, elegant and super practical. It feels lightweight but sturdy and the zip and lock are great quality. I got the cabin one which works perfectly for Easyjet and overheard lockers. Easy to wheel through the airport, so pleased with it and it fits so much into it.”
A fifth person shared: “Absolutely fantastic suitcases easy to manoeuvre around even when full with holiday clothes. There is a separate section between top and bottom which zips around the entire case. It also has separate sections for small items like chargers and leads.”
However, some were not happy with their purchase. One claimed: “Awful quality, broke across the wheel on first time use – have had to purchase a new suitcase while abroad.”
Another warned holidaymakers: “I loved the look of this case but after two trips I noticed the case was harder to move, the rubber had come off the wheels. Easily damaged through its intended use!”
