Aiesha Kherbouche went missing from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, in the early hours of Sunday and has not been seen since. Her friends are pleading with the 19-year-old to come home
Police have launched an urgent search for a missing young woman who vanished after a night out with friends as the UK was gripped by freezing weather.
Aiesha Kherbouche, 19, disappeared from a bar in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, in the early hours of Sunday, January 5, and has not been seen since. She was last seen outside Mavericks Bar in the town and was said to be without a mobile phone.
Friends today pleaded with Aiesha, from Huddersfield, to come home. Her best friend Amber Oliver wrote on Facebook: “Everyone please share! My best friend Aiesha Kherbouche is currently a missing person she was last seen leaving Mavericks Bar, Huddersfield, at 3:30 am.
“She was wearing a lacy black jumpsuit. She’s around 5”4 with long black hair and noticeable black tattoos. If anyone knows her whereabouts or if she is safe please contact me or her mother we are all very worried about her. She does not have a phone!”
Aiesha, described as being of slim build with multiple tattoos, was reported missing 48 hours after last being seen. Another friend, Emily Newburn, wrote on social media: “She has no phone and police have been contacted. Any information of her whereabouts please contact myself or West Yorkshire Police.
“We are very concerned and just want you home now. I love you princess. The weather is horrendous and police are worried for her safety! Please come home.” Anyone with information can contact West Yorkshire Police on 101.
