The Serenna Stitch Knit from Phase Eight has been reduced in price on Debenhams – and it’s the ideal knit for winter
It’s officially sweater weather and with more of a chill in the air, many of us are on the lookout for cosy knitwear to keep us warm as the nights draw in. You know you’ve hit the jackpot on such a search when you find a ‘cosy’ jumper that’s also half price in the sale.
The Serenna Stitch Knit by Phase Eight has had its price reduced on Debenhams from £85 to £44 – and with it currently sold out on the Phase Eight website, if you’ve been after this particular jumper, it’s your lucky day. With all sizes – XS to L – still available, the lilac-blue knit has been designed with a relaxed fit, making it a great everyday option that works well with jeans or your favourite satin skirt.
The chunky, oversized cowl style roll neck adds dimension to the look (and warmth) as does the drop shoulders and contrasting ribbed texture, which has half of the jumper’s stitching travelling vertically and half horizontally.

‘Very warm, great for your feet in the winter months’ Oodie slippers are a great alternative to Ugg boots
To mirror the neckline, the sleeves have been folded over at the ends, adding to its charm. With an elegant but snuggly finish, the jumper is the ideal winter layer that can go with pretty much anything in your wardrobe – and it’s certainly been a hit with shoppers as, on Phase Eight’s website, it’s received an impressive 4.5-star rating. One fashion fan raved: “I have been watching the jumper for a couple of months. Love the style and the colour, and it fits perfectly. I purchased it when it was reduced and consider I have got a bargain.”
Another person loved its ‘lovely colour’ and remarked: ” soft and warm. I’m a size 12 and bought a medium. Good length on me,” although they did add: “Definitely on the big side. I nearly changed it to see if the small was a better fit but as the style is loose and chunky it didn’t matter.”
Hailing it as a ‘cosy comfy look’ a third Phase Eight fan commented: “In love with this jumper. It’s so soft and comfy. I love wearing it with leggings for a comfy cosy look.”
As stated by a few shoppers, the jumper seems to run large in size, so keep that in mind when ordering – for reference, some who usually order a 12 bag themselves a size S. Another shared how the sleeves seemed to be a ‘bat wing’ style on them, causing them to return the garment.
That being said, for most the message was: “Perfect jumper for this miserable weather”. Loving the chunky style but want it a smidge shorter?
