Thank you, operator. Good morning, everyone, and welcome to CoreCivic’s Second Quarter 2026 Earnings Call. Participating on today’s call are Patrick Swindle, CoreCivic’s President and Chief Executive Officer; and David Garfinkle, our Chief Financial Officer. We are also joined here in the room by our Vice President of Finance, Brian Hammonds. On this call, we will discuss financial results for the second quarter of 2026 as well as updated financial guidance for the 2026 year.
