Thank you. Good morning, and welcome to the Annual General and Special Meeting of the Shareholders of Burcon NutraScience Corporation. My name is Peter Kappel, and I am the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the corporation. The Board has authorized me to lead the meeting of shareholders today. Today’s meeting will be split into 2 parts. Firstly, the formal business at the AGM. Thereafter, Kip Underwood, our CEO, will make a presentation and entertain questions from attendees.
