B&M is selling the product across the UK and Ireland and claims it is ‘great for boosting energy levels’

A brand new deal has gone live at B&M, promising to “reduce stress” and deliver “peak recovery” straight from your back garden. The budget retailer, which runs hundreds of stores across the UK and Ireland, claims the product is “great” for giving energy levels a much-needed boost.

The Outdoor Adventure Ice Bath Plunge Pool ordinarily retails at £25, but B&M has slashed the price by 40 per cent. The item can now be snapped up for just £15, forming part of the retailer’s ever-growing selection of discounted indoor and outdoor furniture.

In the online listing, B&M said: “Step into peak recovery with the Outdoor Adventure Ice Bath Plunge Pool with Lid. Including an inflatable lid and a protective cover, this portable Ice Bath is designed for convenience, durability, and rapid cool-down.

“Great for boosting energy, reducing stress, enhancing recovery, and elevating mood. Features: Includes inflatable lid and cover, fits adults up to 6ft 1 inches, insulated for lasting chill, folds down for easy storage.”

At first glance, it boasts a sleek black design that lends itself to impressive versatility, effortlessly complementing a wide variety of outdoor themes and décors. It’s also surprisingly compact, measuring 80cm by 75cm, so it won’t monopolise your outdoor space and can be tucked away with minimal fuss when not in use.

Curious shoppers can discover more and browse official product images on the B&M website. Please be aware, however, that B&M doesn’t provide home delivery, so ensure you verify stock availability at your nearest branches using the online store finder.

It bears a remarkable similarity to comparable versions sold at other leading retailers, especially Asda. Its Bestway Ice Pod Plunge Pool costs more than three times as much, priced at £50.

Both feature an almost identical black appearance, but there’s one crucial difference that sets the B&M option apart – and it’s nothing to do with the price. It doesn’t include a lid, meaning items remain exposed and less shielded compared to a covered alternative, though it does provide easier access and a more open, practical design.

“This space-efficient ice pod plunge pool is designed to support your physical and mental well-being,” said an Asda spokesperson. “The perfect size for one, it offers refreshing comfort.

“The durable, high-quality construction includes Tritech® puncture-resistant sidewalls and Polar-ShieldTM weather defence to prevent damage in cold temperatures. Set up time is 20 minutes.

“Features: Black, Plastic, Corrosion-resistant galvanised steel frame, 75 x 75 x 78 cm. Includes 1x ice bath, 1x carry bag, 1x cover, repair patch, water capacity at 70%: 232L. Weight: 3.62 kg.”

If you’re tempted to splash out on the more expensive plunge pool from Asda rather than the budget-friendly B&M alternative, you can find further details, including how to arrange delivery to your door, on the Asda website.
