Among the latest hits, B&M is selling a £4 faux plant that delighted shoppers when it was showcased on social media. Presented in a white vase, the new ‘Japandi Calm’ decor could be just the thing for minimal design enthusiasts.
Inspired by a mix of Japanese and Scandinavian styles, Japandi decor is often popular among customers who like a clean but cosy look for their homes. Social media users loved the new B&M decor when it was highlighted in a TikTok video.
Posting on the platform under the username @Homelifewithbee, the content creator behind the popular account recommended the decor to her 21k followers. In the footage, the shopper praised several new items from B&M as she unpacked her bag after a successful trip to the store.
She said: “This is your sign to book a trip to B&M if you want luxurious, expensive-looking homeware items but on a budget.” The video started with the £4 faux plant, before highlighting various other items.
The shopper continued: “I immediately fell in love with this bowl. I love the detail on it, and it’s only £6. These fake books will look great styled on my coffee table and all for just £7. And these were one of my favourite finds. These gorgeous frill-edge cushions will look amazing in spring. And only £10 each!”
Clearly impressed by her finds, she also praised the items in her caption. It read: “Luxury on a budget. B&M have really brought out some stunning budget-friendly homeware items.”
The video wowed shoppers. The clip racked up 12k views and hundreds of likes. Replying to the video, one fan of the store commented: “Love all of them.” A second response said: “So many bargains.” Another viewer thought: “This is so incredible!” A customer replied: “I was in B&M today but never saw those books. I did buy the bowl, though.”
Meanwhile, someone who liked the cushions said: “Thanks lovely going for them cushions.” A similar reply read: “The cushions are cute.” Responding to the comment, Homelifewithbee said: “Aren’t they dreamy!”
