Spring is officially here, and with it comes a fresh wave of beauty launches designed to help us refresh, reset, and glow from head to toe. As the days get longer and the sun shines a little brighter, beauty brands have been rolling out new formulas and reinvented classics, all of which feel perfect for this time of year.
This month’s standout launches are basically everything we want in spring beauty. Take, for example, Refy’s Lip Sculpt, which has had a much-needed reformulation to make it smoother and more long-wearing (not to mention available in two brand new shades). Meanwhile, Milk Makeup’s Hydro Grip Gel Tint is perfect for those who want a lightweight, dewy base that actually lasts – a must-have as we transition into warmer months.
If hydration is your priority as the weather warms up, Laneige’s Bouncy & Firm Serum promises plumper, more radiant skin, and Suqqu’s Aqufons Smooth Renew Serum is a real treat for those looking to refine and even out their complexion.
‘I asked Next employee to choose my outfit and more than one item made it into my wardrobe’
‘I tried LookFantastic beauty egg that gets Medik8, Elemis and Rodial products for under £9 each’
Spring is also the perfect time to switch up your fragrance, and there are plenty of exciting new scents to choose from. Floral Street’s Perfume Mists offer a fresh, floral spritz for on-the-go wear, while Kylie Jenner’s Cosmic 2.0 is a punchy, fruity update to her original signature scent.
And would you believe that’s not even half of it? Whether you’re after a new skincare savior, a spring-ready scent, or a game-changing makeup must-have, these are the best March beauty and fragrance launches we’ve tried for ourselves or are simply desperate to get our hands on.
Refy Lip Sculpt – £18
Refy’s best-selling Lip Sculpt has been extremely popular ever since it launched, selling out within 72 hours and selling one every four seconds since. And now, it’s had a glow-up, having been reformulated for an even smoother, longer-lasting finish.
Truthfully, I wasn’t a huge fan of the OG Lip Sculpt and found it crumbly. The precision tip was prone to snapping, and I wasn’t a fan of the two-step liner/setter application. But now, after listening to the Refy community, the brand has improved its cult-favourite lip product while simplifying its beauty routines.
The new formula feels way more sturdy, allowing for an even easier application. It’s also infused with vitamin E and coconut oil, so it never feels dry on the lips. It’s got the precision of a liner as well as the longevity of a setter without the faff, and once it’s dried down, it’s completely transfer-proof. The shade Dusk is my favourite, but I’m eyeing up the newly launched Oat and Suede shades, too.
Floral Street Perfume Mists – £24
Floral Street are best known for their range of fresh, floral perfumes beloved by the likes of Stacey Solomon. Usually £29 for a 10ml bottle, their newest launch allows fragrance fans to wear their bestselling scents for a much lower price. Earlier this month, they launched three perfume mists, with the 125ml bottles coming in at £24 each.
The new spritzes are available in Wonderland Peony, Wild Vanilla Orchid, and arguably my favourite Sweet Almond Blossom. Not only do they smell beautiful, but are packed with skin-friendly ingredients and “revitalising” rose floral water. It’s ideal for refreshing yourself on the move, as you can spritz it all over your body for a long-lasting and invigorating scent throughout the day.
This Sweet Almond Blossom Perfume Mist combines the sweetness of “mouth-watering natural pomelo” and “juicy passionfruit” with the delicate charm of “clouds of apple blossom”. The scent is further enriched by “creamy” vanilla, sandalwood, nutty tonka bean, and the invigorating freshness of “crisp” green matcha tea.
What’s more is that the bottle draws inspiration from Vincent van Gogh’s renowned oil painting, Almond Blossom as part of a collaboration with the Van Gogh Museum and is fully recyclable, if sustainability is one of your top priorities. You can shop the mists here.
Laura Mercier Ambre Honey Bath – £47
After much demand, Laura Mercier’s iconic Honey Bath is back with an even more indulgent and softening formula. This rich bath emulsion is packed full of soothing and cleansing ingredients that leave the skin feeling totally nourished.
Its return was dubbed the ‘best news of 2025’ by Molly-Mae Hague, who is a massive fan of the product. As well as Molly-Mae’s endorsement, the return was a waitlist of 4,000 thousand people, confirming that the product is worth the hype and worth its £47 price point.
To use it, take the honey dipper and mix it into warm running water, resulting in a relaxing bubble bath. Some of the ingredients used include seawater sourced from France, which provides long-lasting moisturisation; red algae, which increases the skin’s water content; and borage sea oil, which is full of vitamins and minerals that help hydrate the skin.
Alongside the skin-loving ingredients, there are two scents to choose from: Ambre Vanille and Almond Coconut. These warming and comforting scents will add a luxurious touch to your bath time — and if it’s good enough for Molly-Mae, it’s definitely good enough for us.
Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Gel Tint – £34
Trending cosmetics brand Milk Makeup recently launched its Hydro Grip Gel Tint, £34, which delivers a light, buildable face base that delivers hydration and a dewy finish but — like the now-viral Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Primer – one that lasts all day, promising 8-12 hours of wear. Available in 15 flexible shades and available from Sephora, Space NK, Cult Beauty and ASOS, it even proved so popular before it arrived that the brand released it early, to a waitlist of over 12,000.
Our beauty writer Laura Mulley was one of the lucky few who got to try it out before it hit the shops. She said: “This skin tint blends on so well and makes skin look gorgeous from the first swipe: smooth, glowy and perfected, but in a very natural way. It feels lightly hydrating on the skin but not at all greasy or slippy, and gives a light-to-medium coverage that refines minor marks.
“What impressed me most, though, is just how well this finish lasted throughout the day. I’ve always found skin tints either disappear from the skin or turn drier as the day goes on, settling in fine lines and patches, but not this one. It doesn’t remain looking exactly as fresh as when it was first applied, but it lasts better than all other I’ve tried. It also doesn’t transfer into collars of clothes, unlike what can happen with a tinted moisturiser.”
For a cheaper alternative, try Maybelline Super Stay up to 24H Skin Tint Foundation + Vitamin C, £13.99 — our tester says it has “impressive staying power that stands up to a long working day or a big night out, but still gives that natural barely there look”.
LANEIGE Bouncy & Firm Serum – £39
TikTok-viral beauty brand Laneige — best known for its Lip Sleeping Masks — also makes some equally impressive skincare products. And the latest to launch is a super-hydrating, ‘youth-preserving’ serum that promises a plumper, juicier, more radiant complexion.
Laneige has just added to its Bouncy & Firm skincare line with the new Bouncy & Firm Serum, which launched March 11 exclusively at Space NK. The lightweight formula claims to result in skin that is, according to Laneige, ‘visibly plumper, firmer and smoother’, while also tackling ‘early line formation’.
The key ingredients in this must-have new serum — which costs £39 for a 30ml bottle — include a plumping and hydrating peony and collagen complex, firming peptide water, and 24,000 of what Laneige calls SmoothTech Capsules, which smooth the skin. The result is a lightweight, non-sticky and quickly-absorbed formula that instantly makes skin look better.
Victoria Beckham Beauty The Cell Rejuvenating Illuminator – £92
Inspired by “golden hour”, the new Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturizer in Golden is a gorgeous, glow-giving face cream with some seriously high-tech skincare claims. Victoria Beckham has taken her original Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturizer, which launched last year, and added in a healthy dose of amber, bronze and white pearl pigments.
The result, it claims, is a glow that imitates the appearance of late afternoon sun on the skin, similar to the Paris filter on Instagram. It can either be worn alone for a subtle, moisturised glow or under make-up as the perfect primer.
Created in partnership with world-leading stem cell scientist Professor Augustinus Bader, it contains Bader’s groundbreaking TFC8 technology, which encourages cell renewal, leaving skin stronger and healthier while reducing the appearance of fine lines and minimising pores. The only downside is that, as you might expect, this doesn’t come cheap – it starts at the very Posh price of £92.
If those who don’t have a bank balance quite as big as the Beckhams, you could try the Revlon SkinLights Face Glow Illuminator, buy it here for £9.99.
Kylie Jenner Cosmic 2.0 – £44 for 50ml
After the successful launch of her first Kylie Cosmetics perfume, Cosmic, last year Kylie Jenner has now dropped the latest iteration of her signature fragrance, aptly named Cosmic 2.0.
Unlike the original Cosmic, which had softer floral and vanilla notes, the new Cosmic 2.0 perfume is a much punchier, fruitier scent that’s perfect for heading into spring with. Beauty writer Faith Richardson was one of the first to try out the new launch, and was ‘immediately a fan’.
She said: “Whilst the original is quite soft and sweet, this new Cosmic 2.0 has a really strong, sharp first note thanks to the pear accord and pink pepper essence, which give it a fruity, spicy note. As it dries down, you get more of a floral, sweet tinge with vanilla orchid accord and lavender essence, before it ends on a rich amber and sandalwood accord which gives it some added depth.”
“The scent of Cosmic 2.0 actually immediately reminded me of one of the first perfumes I ever wore as a teenager, which was Ralph Lauren’s Ralph Cool for Women and had a similar combination of florals, woods and musks. Although that perfume has mostly been discontinued, you can still pick up a 50ml bottle for £100 on Amazon – a considerably higher price tag than Cosmic 2.0, which costs £44 for a 50ml bottle.
“Although I love the futuristic look, it does make it trickier to tell how much scent is left. The bottle is comfortable to hold and easy to spray, however, and it looks like a mini art piece on my shelves.”
New Charlotte Tilbury launches
Nothing gets me more excited than a new Charlotte Tilbury launch. Famed for their ultra-flattering lipsticks, skin prep heroes and Hollywood glam reputation, there are few products from the celebrity MUA that I don’t wholeheartedly adore. And her newest releases are no exception.
As part of a new Pillow Talk Beauty Soulmates Collection, the iconic beauty brand has launched a selection of new Pillow Talk lipsticks as well as a new blush palette – just in time for spring. First and foremost, the packaging is incredible. It’s in their signature gold ribbed cases that have that glamorous art deco feel, adored with pink jewel hearts.
Of the lipsticks there are two in the brand’s famous K.I.S.S.I.N.G formula – my personal favourite for its silky satin finish – while two are in the Matte Revolution formula. I started off trying the matte formulas, which include Dream Talk and Love Talk. The latter is the most dreamy strawberry red shade. It’s not as bold as what I would consider ‘festive’ reds, making it way more versatile and lends itself nicely to spring beauty trends. It’s neither too warm nor too cool either, making it universally flattering. Dream Talk, however, which is a deep mauve, was a little too overpowering for me, but would look beautiful on someone else. While I typically avoid matte formulas because I find them quite drying, Charlotte Tilbury has absolutely nailed the comfortable, longwearing finish on these lippies.
I knew I would prefer the K.I.S.S.I.N.G formula lipsticks purely because I’m much more partial to a satin finish. Kiss Talk isn’t a shade I’d have typically picked for myself, but I loved the fresh, healthy glow it seemed to give my skin. But my favourite had to be the neutral nude Naughty Talk, which is most similar to my beloved MAC Velvet Teddy and could quite possibly be a contender for my new favourite lipstick. Both of these made my lips feel so hydrated and soft, with light-diffusing love filter effect pigments giving my lips a fuller, plumper appearance.
To compliment the lipsticks, there is also the new blush/finishing powder duos – flawless pink and flawless peach – which cost £43 each. Inside there’s an airbrush powder packed with colour correcting pigment technology, alongside a blush with blurring technology that makes your skin look like a filter in real life. The only downside for me was that I preferred the pink finishing powder and the peach blush, which means if I’m on the go I’ll need both palettes – but at least they have a handy mirror which is ideal for touch ups while out and about.
PHLUR’s Vanilla Smoke Body Mist – £25
After being introduced to cool-girl perfume brand Phlur in the summer, shopping writer Lauren Codling has become a total convert in recent months. “My collection has been steadily growing — and I have zero regrets. So naturally, when I saw the brand was launching a new Vanilla Smoke Body Mist, I knew I had to get my hands on it.
“Smoky scents have only recently started appealing to me (a sign of maturity? Who’s to say), but when you mix that depth with one of my all-time favourite notes — vanilla — it was already a winner before I even spritzed it.
“The scent is warm, sexy and just a little mysterious — ideal for date nights, but also surprisingly perfect for the spring/summer seasons. Something about the blend keeps it from feeling too heavy or wintry, making it just as wearable on a breezy evening as it is for a sultry night out.
“Obviously, since it’s a body mist and not an EDP, it’s not going to be as intense, but it still has impressive longevity. I’ve found myself catching the occasional whiff when rewearing my trench coat, which is always a sign of a solid scent.
“It comes in two sizes: £25 for the smaller bottle and £37 for the larger one. My advice? Go big. You won’t regret it.”
Huda Beauty’s Easy Bake Setting Spray – £15
Shopping writer Lauren has been bouncing between Huda Beauty’s Easy Bake Setting Powder and Morphe’s Bake & Set Powder for as long as she can remember. “Both are absolute lifesavers in keeping my makeup locked in and my face shine-free throughout the day. So, when I heard that Huda Beauty was launching a spray version of its iconic setting powder, I was all in.
“The Easy Bake Setting Spray is said to have a 16-hour wear, meaning you can go about your day without worrying about touch-ups. Even better, it’s fragrance-free and alcohol-free, making it a dream for my fellow sensitive-skinned girlies.
“Plus, it’s packed with five types of hyaluronic acid to keep skin hydrated — because who doesn’t love a little skincare-meets-makeup moment? If you’re already a fan of the powder, the spray is a no-brainer addition to your routine.”
Suqqu’s Aqufons Smooth Renew Serum – £90
The latest launch from Suqqu, the cult Japanese beauty brand known for its elegant formulations and skin-first approach, is the Aqufons Smooth Renew Serum — a luxurious new addition designed to refine and even out skin tone.
Shopping writer Lauren has been using this serum for the past two weeks, and it’s already earned a permanent spot in her routine. “From the first application, it feels refreshing and lightweight, sinking seamlessly into the skin without any stickiness. Just a couple of pumps leave my complexion deeply hydrated, plump and radiant,” she said.
“The experience is as indulgent as the formula itself. The scent — a delicate blend of citrus, florals and warm sandalwood — feels like a mini spa moment with every use. And the bottle looks effortlessly chic on my dressing table with its iridescent finish and sleek design.
“True, it’s on the pricier side, but if you’re in the mood to treat yourself to a little luxury, this latest Suqqu launch is well worth the splurge.”
Sculpted By Aimee’s Glow Collection – £60 from £80
Beauty fans will know Sculpted by Aimee, the beloved Irish brand known for its skin-first approach and effortlessly radiant makeup. Now, the brand has launched its Glow Collection, described as a “streamlined set that’s perfect for busy beauty lovers who want to simplify their skincare.”
Shopping writer Lauren says: “The set includes three glow-boosting essentials: HydraBright Illuminating Serum, LiquidGlo Brightening Essence, and Brighten Up Energising Eye Cream — each formulated to enhance your natural radiance. Whether prepping your skin for makeup or embracing a fresh look, this set promises healthy, dewy skin with minimal effort.
“I haven’t had a chance to try it yet, but if it’s anything like Sculpted by Aimee’s cult-favourite Cloud Cream — a trusted favourite of mine — I know I’m in for a treat. If you’re after glowy, effortless skincare, this new launch is one to have on your radar.”
Give Me Cosmetics Glazed Lip Oil – £11
Lip oils are having their moment and Give Me Cosmetics is taking note. Their new Glazed Lip Oil comes in 12 shades and is causing quite a stir. They’re made with jojoba oil which nourishes skin while also making lips shine. Jada Jones tried two shades and had a clear favourite.
She said: “While it doesn’t feel sticky on application, a few strands of hair do get caught when there’s a breeze. Unlike the Rodial oil, there isn’t a strong scent, which could be a plus or minus depending on your preference for almond oil fragrance. Mocha Motive strikes the perfect balance between pigment and gloss.
“I would suggest having a cotton bud or wipe handy as application can get a bit messy, but overall, I’m a big fan and I foresee myself reaching for Mocha Motive more than any of my other oils or glosses. If you’re only going to purchase one of these lip oils, I’d strongly recommend a pigmented one. With 12 oils to choose from, it’s definitely worth checking out the models wearing them — I wouldn’t have picked Mocha Motive otherwise.”
Maison Margiela REPLICA Afternoon Delight – £62 for 30ml
Maison Margiela’s Replica range bottles up a memory in a fragrance and aims to capture the feeling of a specific moment in time with a collection of notes. Typically they do a great job of this, with Coffee Break’s take on a cosy 2007 Stockholm day being in my opinion one of the best coffee fragrances on the market, but there was a clear space for a true gourmand scent.
Their latest release has closed that gap with Afternoon Delight, with draws its inspiration from a moment of sunshine reading in Paris 1996 with a warm vanilla madeleine. The perfume opens with bitter almond but lingers more on the heart of madeleine accord, carrot heart and ambrette absolute with a vanilla, sandalwood and musk base.
Our team’s fragrance expert, Jada Jones, rushed out to store to smell this and said: “I was quite nervous about this one as milky scents can sometimes fall slightly into the more rancid milk area, as I saw with Brooklyn Ellis’s Vanilla Milk, but thankfully this wasn’t the case here. The almond note sticks around for a moment, which I do think adds to a French pastry smell, before it dives into true madeleine and vanilla.
“I love Paris, to the point I’ve been at least 30 times since I reached the age that I could plan my own trips abroad, so I’m thrilled to see a gourmand scent inspired by a city so near and dear to me. It’s sweet without being too overpowering and for fans of vanilla scents it’s an obvious choice. I will say if you’ve already got more than five vanilla perfumes in your collection you probably don’t need this but if you’re looking for something new it’s incredible. Of the two new sweet perfumes on the market this is my absolute favourite. Zara’s Sweet Pastry in Paris is a little too lemony for my taste.”
Juliette Has A Gun Miami Shake – £100 for 50ml
Juliette Has a Gun rose to famous for their iconic Not A Perfume, an allergen free non-perfume fragrance that’s basically just the Ambrox note in a bottle. It reacts with your skin chemistry for something unique to you. Since the release of the iconic perfume over 15 years ago the brand has come out with more traditional scents, their salty Vanilla Vibes is a hit for summer scents but their latest bottle captures springtime’s hottest new note: strawberry.
Strawberry seems to be having a moment with Miami Shake, Creed’s Fragaria, Molton Brown’s Bluebell & Wild Strawberry and Nest New York’s Santa Barbara Strawberry all being recent releases in the past few months. Miami Shake is the a true gourmand from the fragrance house which opens up with wild strawberry before softening to a whipped ice cream heart and settling into a vanilla and musk finish.
Our team’s fragrance expert, Jada Jones, tried it and said: “As soon as you spray this there’s an instant burst of fresh and juicy strawberry that feels really authentic. This doesn’t actually linger for very long though, the cream note in the heart doesn’t smell cold like we see with Kayali Yum Pistachio Gelato but it does have a comforting light sweetness to it. This is a fun and fresh take on the strawberry trend and is probably my favourite from the Juliet Has a Gun.”
