Apple fans are snapping up a Series 5 smartwatch that’s more than half price.
An Apple Watch has been heavily reduced to less than £80, but the deal is selling fast. It’s available from Wowcher, where there’s more than £120 off the Apple Watch Series 5.
The gadget has been reduced to £79 for the 40mm and 44mm GPS models, saving £120.95 compared to the usual £199.95 price tag at Renew Electronics. However, Wowcher has flagged the deal as ‘selling fast’, with more than 1,600 shoppers already snapping it up.
Shoppers can also upgrade to the Apple Watch Series 6 from £139. A key thing to consider is that the deal is for a refurbished Apple Watch in ‘good’ condition, so it may show ‘a few signs of wear-and-tear’ but its functionality is ‘completely intact’, according to Wowcher.
Also, the Apple Watch Series 5 isn’t the most recent model, having launched in 2019. This means it is no longer supported for Apple’s software updates, so some apps may not be compatible.
For those keen to get the latest model, Amazon has just knocked £70 off the Apple Watch Series 11 at £299 (was £369). Elsewhere, the same version costs £12 at Sky Mobile when spreading the cost over 36-months.
